ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. Updated Feb 27, 2016 —WESH 2 News is looking back at the Casey Anthony trial nearly five years later. Under Caylee’s Law in Florida, if a parent does not report a child missing in a timely manner, they face felony charges and the possibility of going to prison for up to five years. “I’m all for Caylee’s Law if it saves one child. I would be absolutely behind it,” said Jose Baez, Anthony’s former attorney. Besides the recent revelation that Anthony is starting her own photography business, off-camera, her attorney Cheney Mason told WESH 2 News that convicted felon Casey Anthony is a full -time researcher in West Palm Beach for her former defense team private investigator Pat McKenna. (WHAT THE HELL?) Jose Baez, who saw a half million dollars in legal fees Anthony owed him evaporate in 2013 when she prevailed in bankruptcy court, said he’s moved on and hopes Casey Anthony can, too. Bounty Hunter Leonard Padilla said Casey Anthony is a scam-artist and a fraud. “It turns out she knew where the child was all along,” Padilla said. “They misled me, and it is definitely fraud.” At one point during the highly-publicized search for Caylee, Padilla offered a $25,000 reward for the girl’s return.
Casey Anthony’s Florida Drivers license was renewed on 12/8/2014 and she has been living on Cortez Rd in West Palm Beach FL with private investigator Pat McKenna for about 3 years now. Casey Anthony is a scam artist, hustler and con man. Casey Anthony is also a convicted felon in Florida, she pleaded guilty in 2010 to 13 charges in a check-fraud case. Orange County Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland found Casey Anthony guilty on six of the charges: one count of grand theft, four counts of check forgery, and fraudulent use of personal identification, (she stole a friends identity to cash bad checks), Casey Anthony served one year of felony probation. As a convicted felon in Florida, Casey Anthony is not eligible to do research work for a Florida private investigator, in actuality if she is doing research work on active cases for private investigator Pat McKenna she is working as a unlicensed private eye. Who’s Zoomin’ Who Here?????
If Casey Anthony is doing investigative research for PI Pat McKenna then she would have access to commercial databases and the Florida Motor Vehicle database, both of which would provide Casey Anthony with an individuals name, address, date of birth, social security number, photos, Florida drivers license number, year and make of car with license plate number, and even possible credit card information, everything a check forger and identity thief like Casey Anthony could want, hell, she is in pig heaven. Casey Anthony has not applied, as of this date, 2/27/2016, for a Private Investigator Intern License that Pat McKenna could sponsor as he is also the Manager of a Investigative and Security Agency that he set up four months ago in October 2015.
