$25,000 Reward For Info Newtown Teen Jabez Spann 80 Days Missing And No One Is Talking to Local Sarasota Cops or FBI. Do you believe in the Easter Bunny, the Tooth Fairy or just plain old coincidences, well I don’t especially when it involves missing teen Jabez Spann who just happened to live a 2 minute walk from where a guy involved with the sale of drugs in Newtown was found dead. SARASOTA — The death of Travis Combs whose body was found Monday, August 28, 2017 is now being called a homicide, Jabez Spann went missing just 7 days later on September 4th, 2017. Travis Combs, DOB 9/28/1985, was most likely shot due to drug activity, he had been a small time seller and most likely moving into someone else territory, this could also explain why no one is coming forth with any info. Travis Combs was shot on 22nd Street just 450 feet from where Jabez Spann was living, straight shot up to 22n street no obstructions.
