Neighborhood Eyesore: Warehouse Carpet Outlet Building at 3100 Watson Boulevard Endwell NY Finally Torn Down, Tom Mazzanoble Owner.

WNBF NEWS RADIO….After A Decade An Endwell Eyesore Is Removed. An abandoned store in the Town of Union that had been vacant for nearly ten years is finally being removed. People who live and work in the neighborhood near the former Warehouse Carpet Outlet building at 3100 Watson Boulevard say they’re glad the structure is coming down. Asbestos was removed from the structure last week and demolition crews started tearing down the building on Wednesday, April 21st 2016.
LCP Group of Vestal was hired for the project, which is expected to be complete within a few days. The building owner, Thomas Mazzanoble of Binghamton, could not be reached to discuss what is planned for the property. Warehouse Carpet Outlet has an active store at 500 Reynolds Rd, Johnson City, NY 13790.
It appears that Thomas Mazzanoble also had a problem with the City of Binghamton on another Warehouse Carpet Outlet building at 92 Glenwood Ave. Thomas R Mazzanoble sold 92 Glenwood Ave. to Agc Airport Road Holdings Llc for $69,000 on or about December 26th, 2014. Before the building was finally sold “as is” at a below market price of $69,000, (Zillow value $141,000) there were problems with the City of Binghamton Code Enforcement regarding an investigation in relation to the ‘Vacant Property” regulations in their code for the address 92 Glenwood Ave, as if it had been abandoned. It appears the City of Binghamton Code Enforcement investigation with the owner Thomas Mazzanoble was contentious, see more below:
