ISLAMIC STEALTH GEAR: ISIS Wannabe Terrorist Tairod Pugh Claimed to Blend in You Need to Shave the Beard, Wear Pants, and Wear a Yankee Baseball Cap.

A federal jury on Wednesday found an Air Force veteran guilty of trying to join the Islamic State, in one of the first U.S. terror trials involving suspected ISIS ties, he was charged with attempting to provide material support — himself and his airplane mechanic skills — to the terrorist group.. Prosecutors say Tairod Pugh, 48, went to Turkey last year hoping to make his way to Syria to join ISIS. Last week, an undercover FBI agent posing as an Islamic State sympathizer testified that he was wearing traditional Muslim religious clothing when he sat down next to Pugh at Kennedy Airport last year (2015), in an area where people waited to be cleared to enter the United States after a trip abroad.
He said Pugh told him he had been sent back to the U.S. from Egypt. “On more than one occasion, he said he expected to be arrested,” the Los Angeles-based agent said, recalling that Pugh seemed nervous whenever a law enforcement person passed by. The agent testified that Pugh warmed up to him after seeing an Islamic State flag on his Facebook page. The agent said Pugh told him that if he went to Turkey, he should not look pious. “He said: ‘Shave the beard. Wear the pants.’ He said the object is to blend in,” the agent recalled. At one point, the agent said, Pugh told him: “Allah willing, the next time I travel as a tourist to the area, I’ll wear a Yankees baseball cap.”
UPDATE: March 10th, 2016….Two Muslim Women kicked off airbus A320 aircraft flight JB487 from Boston to Los Angeles. JetBlue insisted the women had been removed due to genuine security concerns, raised by the fact that they were recording the in-flight safety procedure. “More than 35 million customers from many cultures and backgrounds travel on JetBlue without incident each year,” the company said in a statement. “Our crew members’ first priority is the safe and secure operation of our flights, and as a security precaution, are asked to be aware of anyone who may be filming or taking photographs of inflight procedures or the flight deck area. “If a crew member believes a customer may be filming safety procedures, the crew member may report it for further review.
On September 9th, 2013 I was on US Airways Flight 2095 out of Newark Headed to Sarasota Fl with a stop in Charlotte NC. The flight attendants (all women) appeared to be alerted about the two Arab males and kept close tabs on them. The Two Arab males spoke no English during the flight, they both had on NY Yankee baseball caps and wore black t-shirts and jeans, they had shaved off their beards and the older Arab male made frequent trips to the bathroom. I watched these two Arab guys intently as we took off and landed. Upon arrival in Charlotte the Two Arab males made a quick departure and I followed then as they headed for their connecting flight which appeared to be to Fort Lauderdale Fl, they both had large backpacks as a carry-on. The younger Arab male did not speak or understand English, the older Arab guy had to explain everything in Arabic, these guys were not Yankee baseball fans they were posers.
