FBI Undercover Muslim Spys Abdul Dabus in Tampa and Muneer Arafat in Sarasota Both Link to Convicted Terrorist Sami Al-Arian, Islamic Jihad and me.

My pal Abdul R. Dabus in Tampa Fl was linked to the Palestinian Islamic Jihad terrorist organizations boss Sami al-Arian that is why the FBI used him to play Sami Osmakac, Abdul Dabus was a known associate of terrorist Sami Al-Arian. According to the FBI Abdul R. Dabus had provided information on other terror related investigations, Dabus was a confidential informant (CI), Dabus disputes the FBI’s claim in court records that he was known to provide reliable information in the past. On April 26th 2007 Abdul Raouf Dabus filed suit against Bill Warner and WBI inc Private Detective Agency and the http://www.wbipi.com website for posting what he felt was a defamatory article on Mr. Dabus linking him and his used car lot to the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) terrorist organization in Tampa and in Gaza (where he is from) and his BFF Sami al-Arian, the case was dismissed.
Recent FBI transcripts in the terrorist bomb plot of Tampa’s Sami Osmakac indicate that the guy on the inside of the FBI ‘sting’ was none other than convicted terrorist Sami al-Arian’s BFF Abdul R. Dubas. The FBI paid Abdul Dabus $20,000 to spy on other Muslims. The FBI provided the weapons seen in a so-called martyrdom video Osmakac filmed before he planned to deliver what he believed was a car bomb to a bar in Tampa, Florida. The informant Abdul Dabus was a well-known businessman in the Tampa community, and, in fact, was an associate of Sami Al-Arian, who was the University of South Florida professor who was charged and convicted under the PATRIOT Act and just recently accepted deportation to Turkey after spending 57 months in Federal prison. Abdul Dabus was directly linked to the Palestinian Islamic Jihad boss Sami Al-Arian and forced, compelled, to testify in the Sami Al-Arian trial, see below.
At the time of the Dabus lawsuit filed against me, Abdul R. Dabus was the owner VIP Motors a used car lot on N. Florida Ave in Tampa Fl. When the lawsuit was filed against me, Bill Warner, I had been working as a confidential informant (CI) for the Bureau of Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) on a support of terrorism case out of Tampa and Sarasota that involved shipping used cars to the Middle East for re-sale and investigating Sarasota Imam Muneer Arafat, the FBI has since taken over the Sarasota case as there are obvious links to support of terrorism. Abdul Raouf Dabus is a long time associate of convicted terrorist supporter (Palestinian Islamic Jihad) Sami Al-Arian, they ran a business called “copy time” that printed flyers for solicitations in Tampa for the families of suicide bombers in the West Bank and Gaza.
Muneer Arafat came to the Islamic Center of Sarasota and Bradenton in March of 2000 from the St Louis area, Mohamed Atta and other 9/11 Hijackers followed him to the Sarasota area in June of 2000. Sarasota Imam Muneer Arafat’s prior roommate in Columbia MO, Al-Qaeda agent Ziyad Sadaqa aka Ziyad Khaleel, purchased and shipped a satellite phone for Osama bin Laden to be used in the 1998 US Embassy bombings in Africa. Muneer Arafat testified in the Sami al-Arian trial that he declined Al Arian’s invitation to join Al-Arian’s Palestinian Islamic Jihad because he was a member of a different group! Which begs the question as to why Muneer Arafat’s former mosque – the Islamic Society of Sarasota and Brandenton -hosted Sami Al Arian, and the his now deported brother in law Mazen Al Najjar if Arafat had the ideological differences with the PIJ as he claimed in court.
In the summer of 2002 in Sarasota Fl, according to Muneer Arafat’s testimony, he saw Sami Al-Arian, Arafat said that Al-Arian said something at that meeting about “operations,” which Arafat believed, from experience, was code for “terror attacks” by the PIJ in Israel. Muneer Arafat said he had spent months and months starting in November 2002 talking to a Sarasota suspect in another case, used cars shipped to Middle East, at the request of the FBI which collected much of the evidence in the Al-Arian case, Muneer Arafat was paid $35,000 by the FBI to spy on other Muslims in Sarasota Fl.
Sarasota Imam Muneer Arafat and Ziyad Sadaqa had raised $20,000 for the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development (HLF) in Texas. On May 27th, 2009, U.S. District Judge Jorge A. Solis sentenced the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development (HLF) and five of its leaders following their convictions by a federal jury in November 2008 on charges of providing material support to Hamas a designated terrorist organization. HLF was incorporated by Shukri Abu Baker, Mohammad El-Mezain, and Ghassan Elashi. Mufid Abdulqader and Abdulrahman Odeh worked as fund raisers, they recieved individual prison terms from 15 years up to 65 years.
“Sarasota Saudi Family Had Terrorists Mohamed Atta, Marwan Al-Shehhi, Ziad Jarrah, Wissam Hammoud and Adnan El-Shukrijumah over to 4224 Escondito Circle Prior to 9/11 Attack.”Wissam Hammoud told investigators that he often exercised with Abdulaziz al-Hijji and Al-qaeda terrorist Adnan El-Shukrijumah and that they played soccer together on property surrounding a Sarasota mosque“….The “Sarasota Mosque” is the Sarasota Bradenton Islamic Center on Lockwood Ridge Rd, at the time summer of 2000 to into 2001, the Holy Man at the mosque was Al-Qaeda linked Imam Muneer Arafat who was arrested by ICE agents on November 22nd 2002 in Sarasota and shipped off for questioning before a Federal grand jury in St Louis on December18th, 2002 , (see St Louis Post-Dispatch article of January 20th, 2003 above). I had been following Muneer Arafat and others linked to him in Sarasota Fl since June of 2002. I photographed Muneer Arafat’s vehicle parked in front of a Sarasota Muslim used car dealer’s house on November 16th, 2002 just before he was arrested by ICE agents and then again on December 20th, 2002 after he was released from jail in St Louis.
