May 30th, 2011, Dirtbag Joe Smith is currently on Death Row at UNION CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTE, why is the guy still breathing?
Raiford Death Row
7819 N.W. 228th Street
A Death Row cell is 6 x 9 x 9.5 feet high. Florida State Prison also has Death Watch cells to incarcerate inmates awaiting execution after the Governor signs a death warrant for them. A Death Watch cell is 12 x 7 x 8.5 feet high. Men on Death Row are housed at Florida State Prison in Starke, FL, and Union Correctional Institution in Raiford, FL. The women on Death Row are housed at Lowell Correctional Institution Annex in Lowell, FL. Inmates may receive mail every day except holidays and weekends. They may have cigarettes, snacks, radios and 13″ televisions in their cells. They do not have cable television or air-conditioning (get used to the heat, hell is next) and they are not allowed to be with each other in a common room.
Tabloid: Housemates ran porn setup. During the months of August 2003 to January 2004, Joseph P. Smith lived at 24th Parkway Sarasota Fl with Jeffrey and Naomi Pincus and a constant parade of young females, from 17 to 22, who were video taped wrestling in various forms of undress or school girl uniforms.
Joseph P. Smith lived for at least 120 days in the supercharged sexual atmosphere of MFFG in the home of Jeff and Naomi Pincus were what was wrong was right, black was white and all programmed by landlords Jeff and Naomi Pincus with their daughters and an assortment of young female friends. Click Image to enlarge.
“Mincs’ Fantasy Fighting Girlz” (MFFG) was operated by Jeff and Naomi Pincus they used their four daughters and their young friends to film and sell videos and CD’s of the “girlz” wrestling and or boxing with each other while dressed in skimpy shorts and halter tops, school girl uniforms and cheerleader outfits.
MFFG also advertised on-line, for personal full contact fights with the girlz at $350.00 per hour, to “wrestle a Mincs’ Girlz“, see a page from their MFFG website below. The Pincus clan tried to pull the MFFG website (most photos are gone) from the Internet, but I found enough bits and pices to profile the site.
SARASOTA COUNTY Publication Date: 14-FEB-04— The one-story house on 24th Parkway had been the talk of the neighborhood for months, as neighbors gossiped about scantily clad young women running in and out at all hours of the night. “We would see lots of men — most stayed five or 10 minutes and left,” said a neighbor who has lived next door for two months. “The girls would leave with them in different cars, a couple times a night.”
The National Enquirer reports that the Pincuses run a Web site called Minc’s Fantasy Fighter Girlz, or MFFG. On the site, “Minc” is described as “owner and Mom to all the girlz.” The name of the recipient for checks and money orders is Jeff Pincus, the co-owner (Cash Business).
The Florida State Department Web site shows no businesses licensed under the names MFFG or Fantasy Fighting Girlz, and Pincus isn’t listed. (IRS should be interested in Federal Tax Returns) In all, five girls work for MFFG. The Web site boasts that “MFFG is family-owned, operated and copy-written.” A public records search indicates that Naomi Pincus is also known as Naomi Castro, and that three young women with that last name live or have lived in the house in the 3400 block of 24th Parkway. According to MFFG’s Web site, the three girls are sisters.
In the suit, Jeffrey and Naomi Pincus, a Sarasota couple who lived in the house where Smith was arrested, claim the Sarasota Herald-Tribune defamed them and they wnated $4.5 Million.
They say the newspaper published “lies and half-truths” in an article about a Web site and video business linked to the couple. According to the article, Jeffrey Pincus’ name was listed on a Web site called Minc’s Fantasy Fighter Girlz (he was click here).
The site sold videos of women fighting. I have all the website info and photos from Mincs’ Fantasy Fighter Girlz and there is no doubt about what was being “sold here.”
On 5/4/2006 there was a NOTICE OF DISMISSAL on the NATIONAL ENQUIRER INC case and on 1/9/2006 there was a NOTICE OF DISMISSAL on the NYT MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC, Sarasota Herald Tribune case. No cigar, no slam dunk case for the Plaintiff’s Sarasota attorney Daniel Hoffman, it appears both cases were dismissed due to lack of prosecution and the failure of the Pincus clan to respond to questions as to the website, who were the girls, w-2 forms, tax returns, who was TMJ Productions, etc., etc., . There also appears to have been no cash pay-out on the requested $4.5 million that the Pincus clan had filed suit for.
14 years since Daniel Allen Hoffman was first licensed to practice law in Florida.

Looks like I saved the Sarasota Herald Tribune and the NY Times about $4.5 Million Dollars.
