Muslims Want NY Police Chief Ray Kelly to Quit over a video, “The Third Jihad: Radical Islam’s Vision for America”, accusing Muslims of launching a holy war on the West. The video exposed the Muslims of the Americas group in Hnacock NY among many other terror groups operating in the USA.

ADL….Muslims of the Americas (MOA) is a virulently anti-Semitic, Islamic extremist group with ties to Al-Fuqra, a terrorist organization that has carried out firebombings and murders in the United States. MOA claims to have offices in six U.S. cities and Toronto and maintains secluded residential communities in New York, Virginia and California. The group’s Web site and e-mails have featured writings by notorious anti-Semites and Holocaust deniers, including Michael Hoffman and former Klansman David Duke.

By 2004 federal investigators uncovered evidence that linked both the DC “sniper killer” John Allen Muhammed and “Shoe Bomber” Richard Reid to the Muslims of the Americas (MOA) group and reports surfaced that Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl was captured and beheaded in the process of attempting to obtain an interview with Sheikh Gilani in Pakistan the leader of Muslims of the Americas (MOA).

Even though Jamaat ul-Fuqra has been involved in terror attacks and sundry criminal activities, recruited thousands of members from federal and state penal systems, and appears to be operating paramilitary facilities for militant Muslims, it remains to be placed on the official US Terror Watch List.

The available evidence strongly suggests that MOA has served as a corporate front for another group founded by Sheik Jilani, the terrorist organization Al-Fuqra, which has committed firebombings and murders on U.S. soil. Both Sheikh Jilani and MOA officials deny that Al-Fuqra even exists, and MOA claims to be a “peaceful” group.

Ramadan Abdullah is originally from Binghamton, NY and was a member of the Muslims of the Americas (MOA) group in Hancock NY. Tarik Abdelazim, also known as “the deputy mayor”, is the go-to guy if you want to organize a parade in Binghamton for friends of a cop killer. Up until at least 2005 he was an active journalist and community organizer. He kept a blog and ran a website called Modoc Press, part of “the global archipelago of dissent”. He was an editor for the New York University inter disciplinary journal Anamesa and participated in something known as the narcosphere.

His politics seem to have been — to put it mildly — progressive. In fact, for a time he held the position of “Binghamton’s Progressive Advocate”. He appeared in the Radicalendar and many Indymedia newsletters and event listings. He helped organize antiwar marches back in 2002 and 2003, and took part in a local initiative to impeach President Bush.

ABC 7 NEWS SARASOTA - Jeffrey L. Hill has the sad distinction of being the city’s first murder victim of the year in Newtown. Now the victim’s family is remembering their lost relative, and police are saying now is the chance for the Newtown community to take action. Police did tell ABC 7 they think there are multiple suspects involved.

Gang bangers are out of control in Newtown, “Livin the Fast life” shooting up the town at will with everything from .22 caliber handguns to sawed off shotguns to AK-47′s. Sarasota Police chief Mike Hollaway’s efforts to clean up Newtown have failed.

SARASOTA HERALD TRIBUNE - A man was shot and killed by a robber early Wednesday, January 25th, 2012, as he visited with a friend in her front yard in the Bertha Mitchell public housing complex in Newtown.

Jeff Hill, a 34-year-old Sarasota native, left a trail of blood as he ran away from the scene of the shooting on 23rd Street (near Dixie Ave, SEE MAP CLICK HERE) and collapsed a block away, after he staggered through a vacant lot.

Family members say they could not believe Hill, a father of a 14-year-old girl, was targeted in the early-morning attack. “He didn’t bother anybody,” his sister Nicole Hill said. “He was innocent, and they didn’t have any regard. All these killings need to be stopped. It don’t make no sense.”

Hill died at Blake Medical Center approximately four hours after the 1:50 a.m. shooting, police say. Detectives say Hill was shot either during the attempted robbery or while fleeing from the robbers. “He didn’t have no money, and they shot him anyway,” said Hill’s grandfather, Calvin Hill.

David Stern, the Florida foreclosure lawyer who profited off the state’s housing bust before losing his biggest clients Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, was sued by a partner company that claims it was damaged by Stern’s (illegal) foreclosure practices.

DJSP Enterprises Inc. (DJSP), which took on the non-legal foreclosure-processing services of Stern’s law firm and depended on his referrals, said in a copy of a complaint included in a regulatory filing dated Jan. 3 that Stern concealed his business was “systematically engaging in unlawful and fraudulent conduct” in foreclosures.

Those practices jeopardized Stern’s relationships with his biggest clients, including banks and government mortgage companies Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and the viability of his law firm and DJSP, according to the complaint. Now today you have black thug Tyree Smith, 34, of Bridgeport, Conn killing a man with a hatchet and eating his eye and part of his brain and then getting on a bus and heading to the Panama City Fl area.

Tyree Smith, 34, of Bridgeport, Conn., told a family member that he killed the victim with a hatchet, police wrote in a news release. Smith, who was covered in blood at the time, added that “after he bludgeoned the victim he took pieces of brain matter and his eye, which he consumed,” police said.

After the confession, Smith took a bus and arrived Monday in Lynn Haven, (JUST NORTH OF PANAMA CITY FL), where he stayed with a female friend, officials said. Investigators were able to locate Smith at 7 p.m. Tuesday night at an apartment on Illinois Avenue SEE MAP CLICK HERE.

The woman he was staying with “was unaware of Smith’s actions and is cooperating in the investigation,” officials wrote. The Connecticut Post reported Smith is being charged in the death of Angel “Tun Tun” Gonzalez, 43.The newspaper reported Smith had gone to sleep on the back porch of a building, but Gonzalez later woke him and invited him in from the cold. LYNN HAVEN, Fla. – A Florida man has been arrested for allegedly hacking to death a Connecticut man and eating the victim’s eye and part of his brain. Police in Lynn Haven, Fla., said Wednesday that 35-year-old Tyree Lincoln Smith was arrested Tuesday night on a Connecticut warrant for murder. According to police in Bridgeport, Conn., Smith was covered in blood when he told a relative on Dec. 16 that he had killed a homeless man with a hatchet and eaten pieces of his brain and his eye.

The relative contacted authorities after the victim’s body was discovered Friday. Police say Smith left Connecticut that day on a Florida-bound bus. Lynn Haven police say federal, state and local law enforcement officers took Smith into custody at an apartment without incident.

According to a CNN report the FBI “Officials said ethnic Albanians (MUSLIMS) from Kosovo, Macedonia and Montenegro” make up the emerging American criminal cartel and “represent a major challenge to federal agents because of their propensity for violence and brutality.” This statement comes several months after Amnesty International declared NATO-administered Kosovo province a hotbed of Albanian organized crime activity (AOC).

The direct links with Al-Qaeda terrorists have not been revealed yet, but the FBI believes that the emerging Muslim Albanian Mafia in the US may be implicated in terrorist financing hence FBIs continuing surveillance “to see whether the militant Muslims in the emerging organized crime world demonstrate ties to organizations suspected of involvement in terrorist financing”.

The main assassins for the Gambino crime family were ethnic Albanians. Gambino’s Sammy Bull Brovano’s go-to “clipper”, for example, was an ethnic Albanian, Zef Mustafa, whose notoriety for murder and racket was exceeded only by his love of alcohol: was let out on a $5 million bond and has since disappeared from the US. The most prominent Albanian criminal is Daut Kadriovski, a drug kingpin that managed to escape German prison in 1993, and is believed to be in the US where sources say he is operating through several types of businesses in New York and Philadelphia near the Ports.

Albanian Mafia and al-Qaeda The Twaik Group and Rawasin Media Productions, both based in Riyadh, the Saudi capital, have served as fronts for the Saudi General Intelligence Directorate, according to an inquiry by Germany’s foreign intelligence service, the BND, Twaik, a $100 million-a-year conglomerate, has diverse holdings inside and outside Saudi Arabia.

Salim is currently facing charges in the U.S. for the 1988 bombings of U.S. embassies in Africa. Mamoun Darkazanli Import-Export Company or Darkazanli Export-Import Sonderposten, in Hamburg, are under sanction, as affiliates or supporters of al-Qaida, by the United Nations, by the European Union, and by the United States Treasury.

CIA Had Secret Plan to Kidnap and Kill German-Syrian Car Dealer Mamoun Darkazanliin in Hamburg. Mamoun Darkazanli is a well-traveled businessman. He has arranged the sale of printer ink to Syria, cars to Jordan and cars to Albania.

Darkazanli, a native Syrian who has also been a German citizen since 1990, has been on the CIA’s most-wanted list for years. The agency, based in Langley outside Washington, DC, believes Darkazanli is part of the first generation of al-Qaida terrorists. It would like to arrest him — and perhaps even go a little further.

The American magazine Vanity Fair claims that the CIA even sent a “hit team” of agents to Hamburg after Sept. 11 to kill Darkazanli. According to the magazine, the men observed the Syrian-born German there for several weeks and devised a plan to assassinate him. “Find, fix and finish” was allegedly the motto of the clandestine team created during the era of then US President George W. Bush and his CIA director George Tenet. In the end, the plan was abandoned on the orders of the US government.

EARLIER TODAY, A —count indictment was unsealed at the U.S. Courthouse in Central Islip, New York, charging five members of La Mara Salvatrucha street gang (the MS-13) with murder in aid of racketeering, assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering, armed robberies, firearms offenses, and related conspiracy charges.1 Two of the defendants, Jose Alvarenga, also known as “Fosforo,” and Hector Torres, also known as “Smiley,” are charged with the murder of 15-year-old Christopher Hamilton in 2009, and the murder of Rigoberto Gomez in 2010, both in Brentwood, New York.

All five defendants are in custody. Alvarenga and Torres will be arraigned later today before United States District Judge Joseph F. Bianco, and the other three defendants will be arraigned later this week. When Torres was arrested, law enforcement authorities recovered a defaced 9mm semi-automatic handgun, 9mm ammunition, .22 caliber ammunition and 12 gauge shotgun shells.

As detailed in the indictment and the government’s detention letter filed earlier today, on November 20, 2009, Alvarenga, the leader of the Brentwood Locos Salvatruchas (BLS) clique of MS-13, ordered several MS-13 gang members to attack suspected rival gang members at a house party on American Boulevard in Brentwood. After arming the MS-13 members with a .22 caliber rifle and a semi-automatic handgun from the BLS clique’s arsenal, Alvarenga led them the American Boulevard house.

Minutes after arriving, at least three rifle shots were fired by gang members into a crowd of people outside the house—one of them striking Christopher Hamilton in the temple, killing him. Alvarenga is the fifth MS-13 member involved in the Hamilton murder to be charged federally, including the shooter who was a juvenile at the time of the murder and whose case remains under seal.

The indictment and etention letter also allege that in August 2010, members of the Sailors clique of the MS-13 suspected that MS-13 member Rigoberto Gomez was cooperating with local law enforcement. As a result, the Sailors put a “green light” on Gomez, authorizing other MS-13 members to kill Gomez on sight. In the early morning hours of August 31, 2010, defendant Hector Torres, then second in command of the BLS clique, together with a Sailors clique member, who has also been charged federally, spotted Gomez as they drove through Brentwood.

They (MS-13) lured Gomez into the car, inviting him to smoke marijuana with them at the nearby Freeman Avenue Park. After exiting the car, Torres stepped behind Gomez and fired a bullet from a .357 caliber revolver into the back of Gomez’s head, and fired a second shot into Gomez’s head after the victim fell to the ground. Torres then handed the gun to the other MS-13 member, who fired a third shot into Gomez’s head.

The indictment also charges Alvarenga and Francisco Ponce, also known as “Spoiler,” with a non-fatal shooting that took place on July 24, 2008, in Timberline Park in Brentwood; Ponce, Freddy Fuentes-Gonzalez, also known as “Pitufo,” and Joyser Velasquez, also known as “Baby Boy,” with the February 15, 2009, conspiracy and armed robbery of the Pollo Campero restaurant in Lindenhurst, New York; Ponce and Velasquez with the December 19, 2009, conspiracy and armed robbery of the Wilson Express Corp., a check-cashing and money transfer business in Patchogue, New York; and Velasquez with a January 20, 2010, conspiracy to rob a McDonald’s restaurant in Smithtown, New York. If convicted, each defendant faces a maximum sentence of life in prison. In addition, Alvarenga and Torres, who are charged with the Hamilton and Gomez murders, respectively, each face mandatory life in prison, or the death penalty.

“The MS-13 thrives on violence—violence directed at suspected rivals, as in the Hamilton murder and Timberline Park shooting, violence against its own members, as demonstrated in the Gomez murder, and violence directed at innocent, hard-working Long Islanders, as demonstrated in the armed robberies charged in this indictment,” stated United States Attorney Lynch. “Today we mark the latest product of the tenacious investigations conducted by the FBI’s Long Island Gang Task Force.” Ms. Lynch extended her grateful appreciation to the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office for its assistance in this case.

FBI Assistant Director in Charge Fedarcyk stated, “The indictment illustrates two ongoing themes. MS-13 continues to use violence, including cold-blooded murder, to intimidate rivals and enforce discipline within its own ranks. Charges include the point-blank execution of an MS-13 member suspected of cooperating. And, the FBI and the Long Island Gang Task Force will continue to make cases and arrest MS-13 leaders and members.”

“Gangs are like a cancer on our communities, and unless we deal with them directly, effectively and immediately they will continue to grow,” said Suffolk County Police Department Acting Commissioner Webber. “We will steadfastly work with our local and federal law enforcement partners to put an end to their violent criminal acts.

The government’s case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorneys John J. Durham and Raymond A. Tierney. The charges announced today are the latest in a series of indictments by the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York against members of the MS-13, a violent international street gang. Over the past decade, more than 150 MS-13 members, including the leaders of a number of the MS-13 cliques on Long Island, have been arrested and convicted on federal felony charges in this district, including federal racketeering and murder charges.

These prosecutions are the result of investigations led by the FBI’s Long Island Gang Task Force, comprising agents and officers of the FBI, Suffolk County Police Department, Nassau County Police Department, Nassau County Sheriff’s Department, the United States Department of Homeland Security, Homeland Security Investigations, the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Department and the Suffolk County Probation Department.

BCSO Warrants deputies located Dale Emmett Hill, DOB 2/12/64, at a trailer located at June Avenue and 15th Street in Panama City FL. Hill was taken into custody without incident and was charged with Accessory After the Fact to Murder.

The Bay County Sheriff’s Office originally arrested four suspects in connection to the murder of Raymond Gsell. Gsell’s body was found Saturday morning, 1/21/2012, in a chest type freezer at his home at 3905 W. 27th Court Panama City Fl.

Investigators in the BCSO Criminal Investigations Division arrested Ashley Nicole Knowles, DOB 11/15/87, of 3706 W. 22nd Street, Panama City, on a charge of Accessory After the Fact Open Count of Murder; Judy Lynn Gsell, DOB 9/11/64 her photo above, of 3905 W. 27th Court, Panama City, on a charge of Murder; Dawn Ruthann Ross, DOB 1/20/85, of 3706 W. 22nd Street, Panama City, on a charge of Murder; and James Timothy Wilson, DOB 2/4/60, of 3706 W. 22nd Street, Panama City on a charge of Accessory After the Fact to Murder.

James Timothy Wilson was on felony probation, he had prior drug arrests and a prior arrest in April of 2010 for battery on a person over 65 years of age.

SARASOTA – Last month, Sarasota business owner Scott Gerber said he would paint over the “fast life” mural on his building after some criticized it as encouraging gang activity and giving the northside neighborhood a bad rap.

But Gerber never got out the white paint, and the mural — depicting two hands with the words “fast life” painted on twisted fingers (West Side Crips Gang Sign) — remains on his Tube Dudes building at 1001 Central Ave. in North Sarasota (near Newtown). The Sarasota City Commission voted unanimously this week to send Gerber a letter requesting that he remove the mural — and do it soon. But Gerber said Friday that he will not budge.

SEPTEMBER 13TH, 2011….The Sarasota County Commission awarded $100,000 to Tube Dude as part of the county’s economic development incentive grant program. Tube Dude, the creator of happy faced metal sculptures, plans to hire 44 people with the grant. The grant contains a provision that if Tube Dude doesn’t create the jobs, the money must be refunded to the county. The TUBE DUDE company employed five people on September 13th, 2011.

Neighbors say mural has gang-related message (Sarasota, FL): Public art is supposed to incite discussion and a strong reaction, but a mural that appeared recently on a north Sarasota business set off criticism over what some perceived as an improper gang-related message in a minority neighborhood.

“WEST SIDE CRIPS” L.A…..Crip activity started on high school campuses like Freemont High. Feemont had the “East side “Crips””, on the other side of the 110 Harbor Freeway were the “West Side Crips“” and in Compton, the “Compton “Crips””. Several existing gangs incorporated the Crip name into their gang set, for example the the ”Main Street Gangsters” became the “Main Street “Crips””. Other sets included “Kitchen “Crips””, “5 Deuce “Crips”” and the “Rolling 20 “Crips””.

A blue article of clothing in a blood hood, can and will get you killed. Other dark colors have been used as well, such as black, brown and purple. If they are unsure of ones gang affiliation, they’ll flash a gang “sign” which is basically a form of sign language made with the hands (see photo above), they also refer to each other as “Cuz” or “Blood” depending to set affiliation. Crip gangsters refer to each other as “Cuzz”, “Wuz up cuzz?”, in their conversations and writings.

SARASOTA – New details have emerged over a controversial mural in Sarasota. The painting, located on 10th Street, shows a man’s hands with the words “fast life” tattooed on his fingers. While some love it, others claim it depicts gangs and crime. Now city leaders are getting involved. At a recent meeting, Sarasota city commissioners voted unanimously to send a letter to the owner of the building asking him to paint over the mural. But he tells ABC 7 that ain’t happening.

“I was surprised, because over the last month, all we have had is 100% positive comments made about the mural.” The painting on Scott Gerber’s Tube Dude business has been at the center of controversy for months. Some feel it depicts criminal activity. “We haven’t been visited by any of the city commissioners who voted on this. Since the fast life gang sign mural on the Tube Dude building went up I have been adamant and very vocal about what it really stands for..The middle fingers are crossed over one another is the West Side Crips Gang sign.

I got his photo from facebook, note the gun in his waist band and no, this was not a Halloween pic, this is really how he dresses, he is making the West Side Crips Gang sign.

WEST SIDE CRIPS CALIFORNIA….The Crips are not one gang, but an identity that many gangs associate themselves with and copy cat Crip gangs in other cities may fashion themselves by regional cultural indicators that have nothing to do with Los Angeles. Some of the first Crip gangs in Los Angeles included the East Side Crips, Compton Crips, West Side Crips, Avalon Garden Crips, 43rd Street Crips, Harlem Crips, Hoover Crips, Inglewood Crips, and Grandee Crips.

On March 15, 1979 West Side Crips leader Tookie Williams was arrested for four murders committed during two separate robberies while on an alleged drug binge Williams was sentenced to Death Row and executed by lethal injection on December 13, 2005, wow what a great roll model.
