The law firms of Turner Law Offices, LLC and Arcadier & Associates, P.A. have filed a Class Action lawsuit against Defendant Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida on behalf of all persons in the State of Florida who, since February 18, 2011, received a non-emergency telephone call from PRA to a cellular telephone through the use of an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice and who did not provide prior express consent for such calls during the transaction that resulted in the debt owed. Additionally, the complaint alleges collective damages exceeding five million dollars ($5,000,000).

The FBI’s Kidnapped/Missing person page has listed petite blonde Holly Bobo as kidnapped in Darden TN, SEE PAGE LINK HERE, it has also been widely reported that petite blonde Karen Swift of Dyersburg TN was murdered, her body was found December 12th, 2011, but there has been no official cause of death reported by the TBI crime lab, (48 days later, why?).

There has been no official designation of four other petite blonde females, Lauren Spierer, Paige Johnson, Kate Markham and Crystal Hall, see photos above, by the FBI as missing let alone abducted, why? Why is there not a co-ordinated multi state effort in finding or solving the disappearance and/or murder of these six petite young women.

So what is going on here, six petite look-a-like white females out of Tennesse, Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky have been murdered, kidnapped or just “missing” since March of 2009 and nobody knows anything, that includes the FBI, TBI, Kentucky State Police, Bloomington Police, Covington Police, Ohio State Police and the hired Private Detectives.

What happened to these six beautiful petite women, how could they just disappear, no cell phone activity, no credit card activity, nothing. For some reason all the dates when the six petite women go missing have a 3 in it, like the 3rd, the 13th, the 23rd and the 30th, also the 3rd and the 13th are repeated twice, very odd? Two women are abducted from Kentucky, Two women are abducted from Tennessee, (one murdered), One woman abducted from Indiana and One woman abducted from Ohio, they all have shoulder length blonde or red hair and are very petite sized white females, there has been no trace of any of the women.

An inmate on Florida’s death row, Lamar Z. Brooks (left,) and his cousin Walker Davis Jr., who was sentenced to life, are appealing their convictions in the 1996 “slice and dice“ murder of Eglin Air Force Base airman Rachel Carlson and her 3-month-old baby Alexis Stuart in Crestview Fl.

Eglin Air Force Base airman Rachel Carlson was stabbed 70 times the night of April 24, 1996, while her daughter Alexis Stuart was stabbed once in the heart. The baby, Alexis Stuart, was mutilated after her death by Lamar Z. Brooks and his cousin Walker Davis Jr. according to news reports. The victims were found later in Carlson’s idling car on Booker Street in Crestview FL.

Lamar Z. Brooks argues that “newly discovered evidence” will prove his innocence in the death of Rachel Carlson and her baby, Alexis Stuart. That “evidence” is the testimony of Ira Ferguson (PHOTO ABOVE), who was imprisoned with Brooks’ cousin and codefendant Walker Davis Jr. at Wakulla Correctional Institution in 2010. Davis is also appealing his conviction and life sentence. Both men are requesting that their convictions be vacated, their trial verdicts set aside and that they get a new trial, according to Assistant State Attorney Bobby Elmore.

Rachel Carlson and Walker Davis, a married Eglin airman, were romantically involved at the time of the slayings. Prosecutors argued that Brooks and Davis conspired to kill Rachel Carlson and her baby Alexis Stuart to collect a $100,000 insurance policy Davis had taken out on the child.

Arguments for a new trial are scheduled for March 1 and 2, 2012 before Walton County Circuit Court Judge Kelvin Wells. According to Elmore, Ferguson has come forward after nearly 16 years to say that he remembers seeing Carlson between 10:45 and 10:50 p.m. on the night she and her baby were killed. “I know this because I never leave home before 10:30 p.m.” Ferguson said in his written affidavit.

That statement, if true, would establish that Rachel Carlson was alive after evidence showed Davis and Brooks had left Crestview, according to Elmore. He said defense attorneys will have to convince Wells that Ferguson is a credible witness and that his testimony would have led to a different trial verdict for Davis and Brooks.

“We’ve got powerful evidence that would result in a conviction, anyway,” Elmore said. “I’m fairly confident that we’ll achieve the result we should, which is that neither of them are going to get a new trial based on the uncorroborated testimony of a convicted murderer.” MORE FROM THIS SOURCE…

This thug Ira Ferguson sure makes a credible witness, the uncorroborated testimony of a convicted murderer from a prison cell, get real.

I remember this 1996 murder case as we had just opened our private detective agencies in Panama City and Sarasota Fl and I had occassion to be in Crestview and at Eglin Air Force base. On or about April 24, 1996, Rachel Carlson and her child, Alexis Stuart, were found dead in a car in Crestview, Florida.

Paula Freeman, Rachel Carlson’s supervisor at Eglin Air Force Base, arrived on scene and identified the bodies.Rachel Carlson had defensive stab wounds to her hands, was choked and was killed by multiple stab wounds, the baby Alexis Stuart died of a stab wound to the chest, injuring the heart, some wounds on baby Alexis Stuart were inflicted post-mortem.

Steve Mantheny was a Met Life insurance salesman. On February 20, 1996, Walker Davis, Jr. applied for life insurance. Mantheny sold Walker Davis, Jr. a $100,000.00 life insurance policy, which named baby Alexis Stuart as the insured and Walker Davis, Jr. as the primary beneficiary.

David Johnston was a car salesman for Preston Hood Imports. In the first part of April of 1996, Johnston spoke with Walker Davis, Jr. about buying a Nissan Pathfinder. The automobile Davis was interested in cost approximately $32,000.00. Johnston said that Davis said that he would pay cash for the vehicle. Davis told Johnston that he was “coming into some money.”

Airman Rachel Carlson’s job was OR technician at the Eglin Air Force 96th Medical Group Hospital, Rachel Carlsons’ goal was to become a doctor. Rachel Carlson volunteered at work for the March of Dimes; cancer fund run; school physicals and beach cleanup, she volunteered for Special Olympics and a new emergency response team.

Muslims Want NY Police Chief Ray Kelly to Quit over a video, “The Third Jihad: Radical Islam’s Vision for America”, accusing Muslims of launching a holy war on the West. The video exposed the Muslims of the Americas group in Hnacock NY among many other terror groups operating in the USA.

ADL….Muslims of the Americas (MOA) is a virulently anti-Semitic, Islamic extremist group with ties to Al-Fuqra, a terrorist organization that has carried out firebombings and murders in the United States. MOA claims to have offices in six U.S. cities and Toronto and maintains secluded residential communities in New York, Virginia and California. The group’s Web site and e-mails have featured writings by notorious anti-Semites and Holocaust deniers, including Michael Hoffman and former Klansman David Duke.

By 2004 federal investigators uncovered evidence that linked both the DC “sniper killer” John Allen Muhammed and “Shoe Bomber” Richard Reid to the Muslims of the Americas (MOA) group and reports surfaced that Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl was captured and beheaded in the process of attempting to obtain an interview with Sheikh Gilani in Pakistan the leader of Muslims of the Americas (MOA).

Even though Jamaat ul-Fuqra has been involved in terror attacks and sundry criminal activities, recruited thousands of members from federal and state penal systems, and appears to be operating paramilitary facilities for militant Muslims, it remains to be placed on the official US Terror Watch List.

The available evidence strongly suggests that MOA has served as a corporate front for another group founded by Sheik Jilani, the terrorist organization Al-Fuqra, which has committed firebombings and murders on U.S. soil. Ramadan Abdullah is originally from Binghamton, NY and was a member of the Muslims of the Americas (MOA) group in Hancock NY. Spread throughout the country, the MOA, made up of primarily African-Americans, are a cult-like offshoot sect of Sufi Muslims who follow Sheikh Mubarak Ali Gilani of Pakistan. MOA parade in Binghamton NY….If it were a fundamentalist Christian group organizing the event, dozens of reporters and photographers would be wearing out shoe leather to dig up as much damaging material as possible But MOA gets a pass. “Muslims of the Americas was formed in the 1980s when several families migrated from ghetto properties in New York City to Hancock NY to make a new start on their own property in a clean, rural environment…”Muslims of America also spent the 1980s firebombing Hindu temples, murdering rivals, stockpiling automatic weapons, and committing welfare fraud.

The same group, the Muslims of America, has organized a parade in downtown Binghamton, New York, to celebrate Mohammed’s birthday in 2008. They’re coming over from their nearby national headquarters to engage in some multicultural festivities. When you read the press reports about the upcoming parade, there’s no investigative effort by the media to report on MOA’s background.

The Binghamton parade — which involved the closure of several streets and the assistance of police — had to be approved by Binghamton’s mayor, Matt Ryan. If you look at the website for the mayor’s office, you’ll see that the Executive Assistant to the Mayor is named Tarik Abdelazim. And who’s responsible is issuing permits for public events in the city of Binghamton? Tarik Abdelazim Binghamton, N.Y. So here we have a unelected official in the Binghamton city government who is the person responsible for inviting the members (cop killers) of Jamaat ul-Fuqra to parade through the downtown streets of his fair city?

Tarik Abdelazim, also known as “the deputy mayor”, is the go-to guy if you want to organize a parade in Binghamton for friends of a cop killer. Up until at least 2005 he was an active journalist and community organizer. He kept a blog and ran a website called Modoc Press, part of “the global archipelago of dissent”. He was an editor for the New York University inter disciplinary journal Anamesa and participated in something known as the narcosphere.

His politics seem to have been — to put it mildly — progressive. In fact, for a time he held the position of “Binghamton’s Progressive Advocate”. He appeared in the Radicalendar and many Indymedia newsletters and event listings. He helped organize antiwar marches back in 2002 and 2003, and took part in a local initiative to impeach President Bush.

He was especially active on behalf of the St. Patrick’s Four in Binghamton NY: “On Monday, March 17, St. Patrick’s Day [2003], four of us from the Ithaca Catholic Worker Community — Peter De Mott, who served in both the Marines and the Army including a year in Vietnam as a Marine, Clare and Teresa Grady and Daniel Burns — went to the Army-Marine Recruiting Center in an act of nonviolent civil resistance to war making. We read the following statement and poured blood around the entrance to the center, including on the flag, to call attention to the horror of war.”

ABC 7 NEWS SARASOTA - Jeffrey L. Hill has the sad distinction of being the city’s first murder victim of the year in Newtown. Now the victim’s family is remembering their lost relative, and police are saying now is the chance for the Newtown community to take action. Police did tell ABC 7 they think there are multiple suspects involved.

Gang bangers are out of control in Newtown, “Livin the Fast life” shooting up the town at will with everything from .22 caliber handguns to sawed off shotguns to AK-47′s. Sarasota Police chief Mike Hollaway’s efforts to clean up Newtown have failed.

SARASOTA HERALD TRIBUNE - A man was shot and killed by a robber early Wednesday, January 25th, 2012, as he visited with a friend in her front yard in the Bertha Mitchell public housing complex in Newtown.

Jeff Hill, a 34-year-old Sarasota native, left a trail of blood as he ran away from the scene of the shooting on 23rd Street (near Dixie Ave, SEE MAP CLICK HERE) and collapsed a block away, after he staggered through a vacant lot.

Family members say they could not believe Hill, a father of a 14-year-old girl, was targeted in the early-morning attack. “He didn’t bother anybody,” his sister Nicole Hill said. “He was innocent, and they didn’t have any regard. All these killings need to be stopped. It don’t make no sense.”

Hill died at Blake Medical Center approximately four hours after the 1:50 a.m. shooting, police say. Detectives say Hill was shot either during the attempted robbery or while fleeing from the robbers. “He didn’t have no money, and they shot him anyway,” said Hill’s grandfather, Calvin Hill.

Tube Dude Owner Says Gang Sign Mural Stays, Sarasota City Commission Wants It Down, Tube Dude Got $100 Grand From Sarasota County Commission in Sept. “Wuz up TUBE DUDE?” Last month, Sarasota business owner Scott Gerber said he would paint over the “fast life” mural on his building after some criticized it as encouraging gang activity and giving the northside Newtown neighborhood a bad rap.

But Gerber never got out the white paint, and the mural — depicting two hands with the words “fast life” painted on twisted fingers (West Side Crips Gang Sign) — remains on his Tube Dudes building at 1001 Central Ave. in North Sarasota (near Newtown). The Sarasota City Commission voted unanimously this week to send Gerber a letter requesting that he remove the mural — and do it soon. But Gerber said Friday that he will not budge.

Back in September 2011, Tube Dude owner Scott Gerber was much more willing to work wih the City and the County when he got $100,000 to expand his business and hire 44 more people, has that happened yet?

David Stern, the Florida foreclosure lawyer who profited off the state’s housing bust before losing his biggest clients Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, was sued by a partner company that claims it was damaged by Stern’s (illegal) foreclosure practices.

DJSP Enterprises Inc. (DJSP), which took on the non-legal foreclosure-processing services of Stern’s law firm and depended on his referrals, said in a copy of a complaint included in a regulatory filing dated Jan. 3 that Stern concealed his business was “systematically engaging in unlawful and fraudulent conduct” in foreclosures.

Those practices jeopardized Stern’s relationships with his biggest clients, including banks and government mortgage companies Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and the viability of his law firm and DJSP, according to the complaint. Stern Law Office, a provider of processing services for mortgage lenders and servicers in Florida. Tyree Smith, 34, of Bridgeport, Conn., told a family member that he killed the victim with a hatchet, police wrote in a news release. Smith, who was covered in blood at the time, added that “after he bludgeoned the victim he took pieces of brain matter and his eye, which he consumed,” police said.

After the confession, Smith took a bus and arrived Monday in Lynn Haven, (JUST NORTH OF PANAMA CITY FL), where he stayed with a female friend, officials said. Investigators were able to locate Smith at 7 p.m. Tuesday night at an apartment on Illinois Avenue SEE MAP CLICK HERE.

The woman he was staying with “was unaware of Smith’s actions and is cooperating in the investigation,” officials wrote. The Connecticut Post reported Smith is being charged in the death of Angel “Tun Tun” Gonzalez, 43.The newspaper reported Smith had gone to sleep on the back porch of a building, but Gonzalez later woke him and invited him in from the cold. LYNN HAVEN, Fla. – A Florida man has been arrested for allegedly hacking to death a Connecticut man and eating the victim’s eye and part of his brain. Police in Lynn Haven, Fla., said Wednesday that 35-year-old Tyree Lincoln Smith was arrested Tuesday night on a Connecticut warrant for murder. According to police in Bridgeport, Conn., Smith was covered in blood when he told a relative on Dec. 16 that he had killed a homeless man with a hatchet and eaten pieces of his brain and his eye.

The relative contacted authorities after the victim’s body was discovered Friday. Police say Smith left Connecticut that day on a Florida-bound bus. Lynn Haven police say federal, state and local law enforcement officers took Smith into custody at an apartment without incident.

In Italy, Albanian organized crime gangs appear to control the car trafficking market. One method they employ is to deliberately drive into a car and then when the driver stops to assess the damage to his vehicle, they take the car by force. The cars are then exported to Tirana. A car stolen in central Italy in the morning can be in Albania with its new owner that same evening, Interpol Report.

“The vehicles are not only stolen for their own sake; sometimes they are trafficked to finance other crimes,” according to the international police organization Interpol.

Europol’s report describes Europe’s stolen-car industry as a complex network of professionals that includes car thieves, technicians, mechanics, document forgers, drivers, and unscrupulous car dealers. These thieves have learned how to disable immobilizers, locate and eliminate tracking devices, and alter VIN numbers, then shipping the vehicles to Dubai UAE for resale.

According to a CNN report the FBI “Officials said ethnic Albanians (MUSLIMS) from Kosovo, Macedonia and Montenegro” make up the emerging American criminal cartel and “represent a major challenge to federal agents because of their propensity for violence and brutality.” This statement comes several months after Amnesty International declared NATO-administered Kosovo province a hotbed of Albanian organized crime activity (AOC).

CIA Had Secret Plan to Kidnap and Kill German-Syrian Car Dealer Mamoun Darkazanliin in Hamburg. Mamoun Darkazanli is a well-traveled businessman. He has arranged the sale of printer ink to Syria, cars to Jordan and cars to Albania.

Darkazanli, a native Syrian who has also been a German citizen since 1990, has been on the CIA’s most-wanted list for years. According to the magazine, the men observed the Syrian-born German there for several weeks and devised a plan to assassinate him. “Find, fix and finish” was allegedly the motto of the clandestine team created during the era of then US President George W. Bush and his CIA director George Tenet. In the end, the plan was abandoned on the orders of the US government.

EARLIER TODAY, A —count indictment was unsealed at the U.S. Courthouse in Central Islip, New York, charging five members of La Mara Salvatrucha street gang (the MS-13) with murder in aid of racketeering, assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering, armed robberies, firearms offenses, and related conspiracy charges.1 Two of the defendants, Jose Alvarenga, also known as “Fosforo,” and Hector Torres, also known as “Smiley,” are charged with the murder of 15-year-old Christopher Hamilton in 2009, and the murder of Rigoberto Gomez in 2010, both in Brentwood, New York.

All five defendants are in custody. Alvarenga and Torres will be arraigned later today before United States District Judge Joseph F. Bianco, and the other three defendants will be arraigned later this week. When Torres was arrested, law enforcement authorities recovered a defaced 9mm semi-automatic handgun, 9mm ammunition, .22 caliber ammunition and 12 gauge shotgun shells.

As detailed in the indictment and the government’s detention letter filed earlier today, on November 20, 2009, Alvarenga, the leader of the Brentwood Locos Salvatruchas (BLS) clique of MS-13, ordered several MS-13 gang members to attack suspected rival gang members at a house party on American Boulevard in Brentwood. After arming the MS-13 members with a .22 caliber rifle and a semi-automatic handgun from the BLS clique’s arsenal, Alvarenga led them the American Boulevard house.

Minutes after arriving, at least three rifle shots were fired by gang members into a crowd of people outside the house—one of them striking Christopher Hamilton in the temple, killing him. Alvarenga is the fifth MS-13 member involved in the Hamilton murder to be charged federally, including the shooter who was a juvenile at the time of the murder and whose case remains under seal.

The indictment and etention letter also allege that in August 2010, members of the Sailors clique of the MS-13 suspected that MS-13 member Rigoberto Gomez was cooperating with local law enforcement. As a result, the Sailors put a “green light” on Gomez, authorizing other MS-13 members to kill Gomez on sight. In the early morning hours of August 31, 2010, defendant Hector Torres, then second in command of the BLS clique, together with a Sailors clique member, who has also been charged federally, spotted Gomez as they drove through Brentwood.

They (MS-13) lured Gomez into the car, inviting him to smoke marijuana with them at the nearby Freeman Avenue Park. After exiting the car, Torres stepped behind Gomez and fired a bullet from a .357 caliber revolver into the back of Gomez’s head, and fired a second shot into Gomez’s head after the victim fell to the ground. Torres then handed the gun to the other MS-13 member, who fired a third shot into Gomez’s head.

The indictment also charges Alvarenga and Francisco Ponce, also known as “Spoiler,” with a non-fatal shooting that took place on July 24, 2008, in Timberline Park in Brentwood; Ponce, Freddy Fuentes-Gonzalez, also known as “Pitufo,” and Joyser Velasquez, also known as “Baby Boy,” with the February 15, 2009, conspiracy and armed robbery of the Pollo Campero restaurant in Lindenhurst, New York; Ponce and Velasquez with the December 19, 2009, conspiracy and armed robbery of the Wilson Express Corp., a check-cashing and money transfer business in Patchogue, New York; and Velasquez with a January 20, 2010, conspiracy to rob a McDonald’s restaurant in Smithtown, New York. If convicted, each defendant faces a maximum sentence of life in prison. In addition, Alvarenga and Torres, who are charged with the Hamilton and Gomez murders, respectively, each face mandatory life in prison, or the death penalty.

“The MS-13 thrives on violence—violence directed at suspected rivals, as in the Hamilton murder and Timberline Park shooting, violence against its own members, as demonstrated in the Gomez murder, and violence directed at innocent, hard-working Long Islanders, as demonstrated in the armed robberies charged in this indictment,” stated United States Attorney Lynch. “Today we mark the latest product of the tenacious investigations conducted by the FBI’s Long Island Gang Task Force.” Ms. Lynch extended her grateful appreciation to the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office for its assistance in this case.

FBI Assistant Director in Charge Fedarcyk stated, “The indictment illustrates two ongoing themes. MS-13 continues to use violence, including cold-blooded murder, to intimidate rivals and enforce discipline within its own ranks. Charges include the point-blank execution of an MS-13 member suspected of cooperating. And, the FBI and the Long Island Gang Task Force will continue to make cases and arrest MS-13 leaders and members.”

“Gangs are like a cancer on our communities, and unless we deal with them directly, effectively and immediately they will continue to grow,” said Suffolk County Police Department Acting Commissioner Webber. “We will steadfastly work with our local and federal law enforcement partners to put an end to their violent criminal acts.

The government’s case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorneys John J. Durham and Raymond A. Tierney. The charges announced today are the latest in a series of indictments by the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York against members of the MS-13, a violent international street gang. Over the past decade, more than 150 MS-13 members, including the leaders of a number of the MS-13 cliques on Long Island, have been arrested and convicted on federal felony charges in this district, including federal racketeering and murder charges.

These prosecutions are the result of investigations led by the FBI’s Long Island Gang Task Force, comprising agents and officers of the FBI, Suffolk County Police Department, Nassau County Police Department, Nassau County Sheriff’s Department, the United States Department of Homeland Security, Homeland Security Investigations, the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Department and the Suffolk County Probation Department.
