Nicole Rose Scott, DOB 11/25/1982, age 29, was a petite woman she was 5′ 6″ tall and her weight varied from 105 lbs to 140 lbs due to her drug use, she was also a very pretty woman.  $5000 Reward For Information Leading To The Arrest Of The People Responsible For the Murder of Nicole Rose Scott In Lakewood Ranch Fl.  FAST LIFE…Nicole Rose Scott was arrested several times on drug charges, most often in the Newtown section of Sarasota Fl, but she was also arrested at 46th Street at North Tamiami Trl Sarasota Fl which is the North Trail area.  Nicole Scott’s record is tainted with drug, prostitution and theft charges. In 2003, while pregnant, she was arrested for trying to cash stolen checks, an arrest report shows. In 2008, she was arrested again after snatching a black leather folder containing $139 from a waitress at Gecko’s Grill and Bar in Sarasota. After a struggle between both women, the waitress recovered the cash. When deputies found Scott, she was “angry, not cooperative, and even attempted to spit on deputies standing near her,” an arrest report shows. Scott was under the influence of drugs. She was found guilty and sentenced to six months in jail.In 2009, she was arrested during an undercover officer investigation after she offered to perform a sexual act for $30. Was Nicole Scott murdered by drug dealers in Newtown who dumped her partially nude body in a Manatee County ditch where she was found on December 11th, 2011?

Two detectives — one from the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office and the other from the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office — executed a search warrant at Nicole Rose Scott’s house in the 5400 block of Potter Street. When detectives and two Sarasota sheriff’s office patrol cars arrived at the house Dec. 11, there was no answer at the front door, the search warrant said.   When detectives entered the home, no one was home. According to a search warrant, detectives and patrol deputies found the home of Nicole Rose Scott, 29, unlocked and the television still on.  Cops confiscated numerous items to be checked for DNA, blood, fingerprints and clothing fibers to determine who may recently have been in the house in the 5400 block of Potter Street. Those items include beer bottles, water bottles, ashtrays, condom wrappers, cigarette butts, notebooks, a cellphone charger, a glass pipe, bed linen and a motel room key.

The warrant was executed the same day Scott’s body was found at about 10:30 a.m. among the trees lining University Parkway at Bourneside Boulevard. Nicole Scott, 29, “appeared to have been killed by homicidal violence and she appeared to have been dead for at least 48 hours,” the warrant said. The sheriff’s office received Scott’s autopsy report Dec. 12, but have not released the information. In Sarasota, Scott had a history of drug-related arrests and was convicted several times, according to Sarasota County court records. A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest in the death of Nicole Rose Scott, 29, whose body was found in a ditch next to University Parkway at Bourneside Boulevard. John Alan Mellquist, how many more violent homeless people are roaming around Sarasota Fl?  Will the Sarasota ACLU defend homeless man John Alan Mellquist or take a pass on this one?  A murderous homeless maniac was allowed to roam all over Sarasota Fl for 10 years while the cops built a case against him.  Homeless man John Alan Mellquist had rented a room from Anneliese Schweickardt and murdered her in April 2003, this dirtbag stayed in the home until the power was turned off for non-payment, he used her car and her credit cards after he murdered the woman. The blood of Anneliese Schweickardt was found all over the house on Monte Rosso Rd in north Sarasota County and the fingerprints of John Alan Mellquist were found on a mop he used to clean up the blood in 2003 but cops never arrested this P.O. S., lets fire up the Sarasota ACLU homeless advocate goons to run to his aide.

SARASOTA COUNTY — Authorities arrested a homeless man Friday in Warm Mineral Springs after DNA evidence tied him to the 2003 murder of a German citizen who was living in the United States on a tourist visa at the time of her death, according to the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office. John Alan Mellquist, 54, was charged with second-degree murder in connection with the slaying, which started as a missing person’s case in October 2003 after Anneliese Schweickardt vanished. Authorities found Mellquist living in a tent in unincorporated Sarasota County Friday and he was taken into custody on a warrant, according to a sheriff’s report, but Schweickardt’s body has not been recovered. Schweickardt, 69 at the time of her disappearance, had rented a room in her Sarasota home to Mellquist in March 2003, the report states, but found Mellquist’s habits to be messy.

Authorities obtained a search warrant in October 2003, and found bloodstain evidence throughout Schweickardt’s home, her photo above. According to a report, it appeared an effort was made to clean up the crime scene, but blood had pooled in the edges of the linoleum floor, staining the concrete in the kitchen and the hallway floors. Blood was also found under a folding door that led to the laundry room, and had splashed under the kitchen cabinets, stove and refrigerator, the report states. Blood was also found on a mop in the laundry room, and Mellquist’s fingerprints were discovered on the mop handle, the report states. Schweickardt’s body was dragged through the garage, where crime scene analysts found bloodied drag marks.

Investigators found Schweickardt’s purse, passport and suitcase still in her bedroom, according to the report. Mellquist was questioned by authorities in June 2003, after he was found sleeping in Schweickardt’s car behind a laundromat. He told deputies he was buying the car from Schweickardt, the report states. He also forged three of Schweickardt’s checks, totaling $300, and used her credit card eight times between April and May of that year. Mellquist was questioned by detectives about Schweickardt’s disappearance, and investigators thought he was lying. Sheriff’s spokeswoman Wendy Rose said it took a decade to charge Mellquist for several reasons. Since Schweickardt’s body was never found, and she had no immediate family, it took years for investigators to build a DNA profile of the victim through evidence found at the scene of the crime and personal items left in the residence.

Glen Chambers escaped from the Polk Correctional Institution in 1990 by concealing himself in a truck that was leaving the facility. Chambers used tools to get out of the truck and escaped before the driver was aware he was there. Authorities say Chambers has been spotted in Orange Beach and Perdido Key, Ala. Chambers may be in the Minnesota area. Chambers was found guilty of first-degree murder on May 29, 1975 for the beating death of his girlfriend Connie Weeks.

 

 On Jan. 22, 1975, Chambers went to the Sarasota Lanes Bowling Alley. Weeks arrived shortly after Chambers. When she arrived, Chambers pulled her from the car and began assaulting her. An off-duty officer intervened and Chambers began fighting the officer. Chambers was arrested for simple battery. Weeks bonded Chambers out of jail that night and was beaten unconscious by Chambers within hours of his release. Weeks died five days later. Chambers was arrested and convicted of first-degree murder.  Authorities are offering a cash reward for information leading directly to the arrest of Glen Chambers.

 

Brutal Beating Leaves Young Mother Dead in Sarasota Fl.  Police aren’t sure about what happened after Glen Chambers was freed from jail, but what they do know is that Chambers so viciously beat Connie Weeks that she was unrecognizable within just 90 minutes of his release. 

Police believe Glen Chambers took his anger out on Connie Weeks in her apartment. Walls were damaged, the TV was smashed in and there was debris everywhere.  Knowing Connie was in bad shape, Chambers carried her limp body into the Sarasota ER that night. Suspicious nurses called the police after Chambers said she had slipped in the tub.

Chambers was arrested again that same day in Sarasota Fl.  Connie Weeks struggled for her life, but she had suffered severe brain damage. John Byrne Jr. visited her often during her days in the hospital, as did her mother and siblings.  “They were difficult days,” said sister Pam Cooper.  Days later, Connie Weeks died as a result of Glen Chambers’ beating,  more from AMW.

Sarasota’s Nicole Rose Scott Was Someone’s Daughter, Sister and Mother, Her Unsolved Murder Heads Towards Cold Case File.

The combined forces of the Manatee County Sheriff’s Department and the Sarasota Sheriff’s Department have been unable to solve or unravel the violent murder of Nikki Scott, seen above with her daughter.  Possibly the cops have been unable determine the culprits due to the assortment of men who had abused Nikki Scott in the months before her death, cops know the players, time to turn up the heat on ex-boyfriends and other men she had dealings with.

EIGHT MONTHS AGO TODAY: Manatee County Sheriff’s Office detectives continue to investigate the murder of 29-year-old Nicole “Nikki” Rose Scott, whose body was found Dec. 11, 2011 in a ditch at the end of University Parkway in East Manatee County. Nikki Scott’s partially clothed body was found by a motorcyclist around 10:30 a.m.  “We’re still working leads on that as well,” Manatee County Sheriff Brad Steube said. “There was a lot of processing at that scene as well, including telephone records. (We’re) trying to reenact where she was several days up until her death. We’re still working on that.”

According to a search warrant executed on December 11th, 2011, detectives and patrol deputies found the home of murdered Nicole Rose Scott, 29, unlocked and the television still on. Cops confiscated numerous items to be checked for DNA, blood, fingerprints and clothing fibers to determine who may recently have been in the house in the 5400 block of Potter Street. Those items include beer bottles, water bottles, ashtrays, condom wrappers, cigarette butts, notebooks, a cellphone charger, a glass pipe, bed linen and a motel room key…. that room key appears to link to one of the series of Motels on the North Trail of Sarasota Fl.

Exactly 8 long months ago the mutilated body of Nicole Rose Scott was found in a ditch at the far East end of University Parkway off of I-75 on December 11th, 2011. University Prkwy and Bourneside Blvd is basically a dead end road with no lights or nearby neighbors, see photo above, “a good place to dump a body“.  The killer or killers would have no problem in getting out of their vehicle and dumping the body near the trees and then getting back in his or their vehicle and heading back to I-75 and a quick getaway out of the area.  There is room enough here to turn around even the largest truck. The end of University Parkway, east of Lakewood Ranch, is approximately six miles from I-75 and interstate trucking.

More than 70,000 women between the ages of 51 and 65 got their concealed weapons permits here in the Sunshine State of Florida in May 2012 alone. That’s right — Grandma’s packing!  “I was really, really afraid of the gun. During the last 3 months I have done on site surveillance of the Newtown section of Sarasota Fl, gone over arrest reports at the Sarasota County Clerks Office and observed the open drug and hooker activity on the ‘North Trail’ section of North Tamiami Trl in Sarasota Fl, be afraid Sarasota, be very afraid!

There is no control or curtail of the drug and sex for sale activity on the North Trail of Sarasota Fl, see photos above, within 5 minutes of setting up surveillance on the North Trail of Sarasota Fl, Tuesday August 7th, just south of Myrtle Ave, I spotted a blonde woman walking the street and using hand signs to motion passing cars ( Johns or drug customers) to pull their cars behind a closed fast food joint (Red Chef), first she got in a blue 2000 Toyota registered to a guy in St Pete Fl who is 56 years old, they drove to the Sarasota Jungle Gardens at 3701 Bay Shore Road  Sarasota made the drug deal and then drove back to the closed fast food joint (Red Chef) where he dropped her off.

Two minutes later a older man in a silver SUV picked up the blonde hooker behind the closed fast food joint (Red Chef) on the North Trail of Sarasota Fl, they drove across the street to the Goodwill Store parking lot at 3333 North Tamiami Trl Sarasota Fl, see map, and completed their drug deal, both of these drug deals happened in 11 minutes, busy street , eh.

I recommend the Federal “Classic” (F127-00), Winchester Super-X (X12RB5) or Remington Buckshot (SP12BK-5PK00) as the best double-ought and triple-ought buckshot defense rounds.

 

Read Ayoob’s book ‘Stressfire II: Advanced Combat Shotgun’ for the low-down on good shotgun skills and then practice, practice, practice, .000 steel buck is superior, both in penetration and stopping power.  The number of pellets in 12 gauge “000 buck” buck-shot is eight .36″ balls.

 

 

A note on shotgun spread: firing your shotgun does not create a diabolical cone of doom destroying all in its path. If you have a typical defense or “riot” gun with an 18″-20″ open-choked “cylinder” barrel, the pellets will spread out about 1″ for every yard of range. This means that the spread of pellets fired across a large room (18′) will be 6″ or so, a circle the size of a coffee cup saucer. At 50 feet, the spread will be the size of a large pizza (16″). Lock and load, be safe.

June 19th, 2012, SARASOTA HERALD TRIBUNE. Sarasota Police say DNA enabled them to identify a rape suspect as a convicted criminal with an extensive local arrest record. Denied bail, Dexter V. Johnson, 51, of the 2700 block of Leon Avenue, is being held in the Sarasota County jail on a sexual battery charge. On Feb. 3, a woman told police she blacked out after leaving a bar (Rendezvous Lounge) and woke up hours later in the North Water Tower Park with life threatening injuries. The staff at Sarasota Memorial Hospital determined that the woman had been raped and sodomized. An analysis of DNA by Florida Department of Law Enforcement identified Johnson as the assailant.

The violent over the top rape of the woman by Dexter V. There are no homes, businesses or street lights near the area, which is at the end of University Parkway, east of Lakewood Ranch and approximately six miles from I-75. 

According to a search warrant executed on December 11th, 2011, detectives and patrol deputies found the home of murdered Nicole Rose Scott, 29, unlocked and the television still on. Cops confiscated numerous items to be checked for DNA, blood, fingerprints and clothing fibers to determine who may recently have been in the house in the 5400 block of Potter Street. Those items include beer bottles, water bottles, ashtrays, condom wrappers, cigarette butts, notebooks, a cellphone charger, a glass pipe, bed linen and a motel room key…. that room key appears to link to one of the series of Motels on the North Trail of Sarasota Fl mentioned above and frequented by Dexter V. Johnson, small world, eh.

SARASOTA - A Winnie-the-Pooh blanket sways on a clothesline. The streetlights above have bulletproof glass. This is where Cassandra Perez lives, in The Courts of Newtown. Cassandra stands on her cement-slab front porch, one of the few beautified by plants, and looks out as children ride bikes in the street. She is only 14, but as tough as the terrain the outsiders fear.

“It’s not a great place for kids to live, because there’s too much drugs, fights and shootings,” she says. “It’s bad, and I don’t know why kids have guns.” About 50 yards to the right of her khaki-colored apartment, just past the sandlot where kids play football, is the back door of 1710 Bethune Court.

This is where Shawn Tyson used to live. The four-bedroom, one-bath apartment is part of the 100-unit complex for low-income residents. The complex is where police say Tyson shot and killed British tourists James Cooper and James Kouzaris last April. He claimed he wrestled the weapon away from the teen. Trae Ward is accused of approaching and firing a handgun five times into the air. He and his brother then fled with the rifle and the handgun, deputies reported. Deputies say they later arrested the brothers, who reside in the 2400 block of Booker Avenue….

 April 24th, 2011…Sarasota Private Investigator Bill Warner Quoted In Sunday Telegraph News and Sunday Express On Brits Murder Suspect Shawn Tyson’s Link to Newtown Gang.  The teenage gunman, Shawn Tyson, charged with murdering two British tourists in Florida is linked to a notorious street gang that terrorized the Sarasota Newtown neighborhood for two years.  Now it has emerged that the tattoo, Young Savage, emblazoned on his chest links him to the feared “enforcer” of the Second Line gang, responsible for a string of robberies and murders in the Newtown district that includes The Courts. The Sunday Telegraph has established that the same words,Young Savage, are inked on the forearm of DeAndre Tunstall, jailed for murder in November after a police crackdown on the gang’s leadership.

 

Mr. O’Donnell, “if it looks like a duck, it walks like a duck and it quacks like a duck, it’s a duck”.  Shawn Tyson And His Gang had Been Terrorizing Newtown for Months With Handguns Prior to Killing The Two Brit “Crackers” Says Witness.  Court documents reveal that a 2nd witness came forward on April 27, 2011 and provided details into the activity of Shawn Tyson and his three member gang since the latter part of Feb 2011 in Newtown and the activities of Shawn Tyson’s gang pals on the afternoon of Saturday April 16th, the exact same day the two Brits were murdered.

 

It appears the Shawn Tyson and his gang had been threatening another black male who had recently moved into the Newtown section since Feb 2011. This black male, who we will call cooperating witness (CW) claims that Shawn Tyson and his gang had been terrorizing the central Newtown community for several months and when he confronted then one day in Feb., Shawn Tyson and his 3 pals all pulled handguns out of their pants and pointed them at him saying “we will kill you fxxx niggers“, CW walked away, SEE REPORT BELOW FOR WORDING.

The CW reported to the Sarasota Police that he and Shawn Tyson and his gang members had a feud because they were all interested in some local girls since the CW moved to the Newtown area. It should be noted that the CW was able to positively identify Shawn Tyson and the 3 black males after viewing photo line-ups that were provided by Sarasota police detectives, SEE REPORT BELOW.

In the early part of March 2011 the CW states that he was walking on North Orange Ave near 24th Street where Shawn Tyson and his gang members were standing, when the CW looked in their direction he could see that Shawn Tyson and his 3 gang members were all pointing handguns in his direction and yelling, “kill your motherfxxxing ass right now“, CW walked away. 

 

On the afternoon of April 16th, 2011, the same day Brits James Cooper, 25, and James Kouzaris, 24, were murdered in The Courts Newtown, CW was walking northbound on Palmadelia Ave, two of Shawn Tyson’s goons were standing in the backyard of a neighboring house, CW heard them say “there goes that pussy nigger right there. Man what do you wanna do, do you want to get this nigger right now? SEE REPORT ABOVE FOR WORDING.

 

CW told the pair he was not going to fight them, and then the two goons lifted their shirts and grabbed the handles of pistols that were in the waistbands of their pants and Joshua Bane pulled a gun and said CW would “end up like them two dead crackers.”

 

According to the CW Shawn Tyson’s goons statement “end up like them two dead crackers“ was referring to Brits James Cooper, 25, and James Kouzaris, 24, that had been murdered just hours before the same day. Detective Todd of the Sarasota police department showed CW a photo line-up that contained one of the “goons”, CW was able to immediately identify the “goons” in the line-up, “LIFE IN THE NEWTOWN HOOD”.

British Tourist Killings: James Cooper and James Kouzaris Were Dead Drunk and Ended Up Murdered With Their Pants Pulled Down.

 Tests showed Cooper’s blood-alcohol content at the time of death was .214 and Kouzaris’ was .243. In Florida, .08 is considered impaired.  Both men had thin builds, to get to the .214 and .243 blood-alcohol contents it would require 13 to 14 drinks, see chart CLICK HERE.  After 14 drinks I find it inconceivable that James Cooper and James Kouzaris were able to walk, in a STRAIGHT LINE, to the Courts Housing Project.

 

SARASOTA HERALD TRIBUNE: Shawn Tyson’s mother, Kenyatta Whitfield, asked a judge to release her son to her custody. She had navigated the judicial system before. Court documents show she faced non-payment eviction proceedings by the Sarasota Housing Authority half a dozen times, only to produce the cash just before deadline.

 

Whitfield also filed numerous child-support complaints against four men.  One of them, Tyrone Tyson, is Shawn Tyson’s father. Tyrone Tyson had spent two years in prison for aggravated assault with a weapon. But this time around, Whitfield faced an even more daunting challenge: convincing a judge her son was not a threat.

 

By early 2011, neighbors and friends say her son — now with the word “SAVAGE” tattooed across his chest — had been using a gun. “He was just shooting in the projects, shooting at trees,” former friend Joshua Bane told investigators. “Stop signs, crazy junk.” The murder weapon has yet to be found. It was supposedly sold to another buyer for $50, but the .22 was difficult to sell on the streets, police said. “Nobody want a little small gun,” Joshua Bane told police. “Everybody was looking for bigger guns.”

 

Gang violence in Newtown: For months in 2008 and 2009, Second Line gang members, led by DEANDRE ‘D’ TUNSTALL armed with semi-automatic guns roved the Newtown neighborhood at night, looking for somebody to stick up. Second Line members killed six people, police say, doubling the city’s murder rate in one eight-month period. They shot and killed a grocery clerk over a $300 gold chain. They shot and killed a dental assistant who happened to drive by a robbery.  Instead of selling drugs, Second Line stole money.

 

The gang was linked to four home invasion robberies in the summer of 2006 and moved on to robbing drug dealers who carry large amounts of cash. The April 26th statement of the witness in the above affidavit is not a member of Shawn Tyson’s gang, the witness in the above affidavit is not one of the victims in the April 7th shooting were others accused Tyson of using a .22 revolver to shoot out the taillight of their car as they drove past. Shaquita Gearring, 22, called the Sarasota Police Department, whose officers arrested Tyson and recovered two .22-caliber rounds from his bedroom. The witness in the above affidavit is another victim who did not come forward to the Sarasota Police Department until April 26th, 2011, he was describing incidents of violence perpetrated by Shawn Tyson and his gang on Palmadelia Avenue Sarasota other than what was reported in the Sarasota Herald Tribune.

 

Witnesses said Tyson was not at home that night of the shooting, April 16th, that he was seen at the Jamaican Club, a bar on the corner of Martin Luther King Jr. Way and Pershing, see map CLICK HERE. Bane told police that he recalls Tyson saying, “I gotta do what I gotta do.”

 

Tests showed Cooper’s blood-alcohol content at the time of death was .214 and Kouzaris’ was .243. In Florida, .08 is considered impaired. The final Smokin’ Joe’s image of Cooper and Kouzaris was captured at 1:23 a.m. Then they went east a half block to the Gator Club. Just before last call at 2 a.m., Cooper ordered two mixed drinks and a shot of tequila. Kouzaris sat beside him and drooped his head on the bar counter.

 

James Cooper and James Kouzaris were so drunk by 2:00 a.m. on April 16th that James Kouzaris was passed out on the bar of the Gator Club and yet the Sarasota Herald Tribune would lead you to believe that James Cooper and James Kouzaris “staggered” over 1.5 miles to the Courts Housing Project, in a straight line, were they were murdered by Shawn Tyson and his gang, that is a hell of a long way to “stagger”.

 

The definition of “stagger” is to cause to reel, totter, or become unsteady to walk in a zigzag manner on either side of a center, and yet the Sarasota Herald Tribune would lead you to believe that James Cooper and James Kouzaris ”staggered” in a straight line over 1.5 miles to the Courts Housing Project, bull-crap, someone picked up James Cooper and James Kouzaris and drove them to the projects.

 

If robbery was the motive, it wasn’t at all clear: Their wallets, money, designer watches and cellphones hadn’t been taken. Police reports and court filings document what happened on the night of April 15 and the early morning of April 16. A surveillance camera at a Sarasota County Area Transit bus terminal at Lemon and First streets captured the two men walking north at 2:09 a.m.

 

But the timeline assembled from bar security photos and Newtown eyewitnesses has left the most important question unanswered how did they get to the Courts and why: Cooper and Kouzaris seemed to find adventure, parties and attractive women wherever they went. Police found Cooper and Kouzaris lying dead on opposite sides of Carver Court. Kouzaris’ trousers were pulled down to his upper thighs. Cooper’s pants were around his knees.

 

Why were the pants of James Cooper and James Kouzaris pulled down?  Had they been picked up by some female who had parked her car by the Sarasota County Area Transit bus terminal at Lemon and First Streets and then drove Cooper and Kouzaris to the Courts, see map CLICK HERE.  There is not a lot of parking space by the Gator Club especially when the other bars like Mattison’s are also busy.

 

Did some of the older members of Shawn Tyson’s gang hang out in topless bars and date strippers, strippers to be used as bait to pick up drunk guys in downtown Sarasota and transport them back to the “Courts” for Tyson’s gang to rob. Are other people, men and women, still out there who have been involved with the murder of James Cooper and James Kouzaris?

UPDATED Shawn Tyson And His Gang had Been Terrorizing Newtown for Months With Handguns Prior to Killing The Two Brit “Crackers” Says Witness.

Shawn Tyson’s gun was a .22LR caliber Smith and Wesson 317 AirLite 8 shot Silver Revolver with black hand grips, see photo above, this is a $500.00 gun at retail, Tysons’ pals sold it for $50.00.  If you, or anyone you know in Sarasota purchased a gun that looks like the one above in April 2011, you’ve got two bodies on it and you DO NOT want to keep it.  The smart move would be to drop it off at the cop house or contact me, no questions asked, and I will pick it up and turn it over to the cops.

 

FROM Court documents telling details are revealed about the Saturday April 16th early morning shooting (2:56 am) of the two British men and about who detectives have targeted with their investigation and why.

Sarasota police records state a witness saw two black men chasing James Cooper, 25, and James Kouzaris, 24 in The Courts of Newtown just before they were killed. Those two black men were then seen running from the area after the shots were fired by a witness. One of the black men wore a red mask or bandanna, the records show.

 What the Court documents also reveal is that another witness came forward on April 27, 2011 and provided details into the activity of Shawn Tyson and his three member gang since the latter part of Feb 2011 in Newtown and the activities of Shawn Tyson’s gang pals on the afternoon of Saturday April 16th, the exact same day the two Brits were murdered.
 
It appears the Shawn Tyson and his gang had been threatening another black male who had recently moved into the Newtown section since Feb 2011.  This black male, who we will call cooperating witness (CW) claims that Shawn Tyson and his gang had been terrorizing the central Newtown community for several months and when he confronted then one day in Feb., Shawn Tyson and his 3 pals all pulled handguns out of their pants and pointed them at him saying “we will kill you fxxx niggers“, CW walked away, SEE REPORT BELOW FOR WORDING.

In the early part of March 2011 the CW states that he was walking on North Orange Ave near 24th Street where Shawn Tyson and his gang members were standing, when the CW looked in their direction he could see that Shawn Tyson and his 3 gang members were all pointing handguns (.22 caliber revolvers) in his direction and yelling, “kill your motherfxxxing ass right now“, CW walked away.
 
The CW reported to the Sarasota Police that he and Shawn Tyson and his gang members had a feud because they were all interested in some local girls since the CW moved to the Newtown area. It should be noted that the CW was able to positively identify Shawn Tyson and the 3 black males after viewing photo line-ups that were provided by Sarasota police detectives, SEE REPORT BELOW.

On the afternoon of April 16th, 2011,  the same day Brits James Cooper, 25, and James Kouzaris, 24, were murdered in The Courts Newtown, CW was walking northbound on Palmadelia Ave, two of Shawn Tyson’s  goons were standing in the backyard of a neighboring house, CW heard them say “there goes that pussy nigger right there. Man what do you wanna do, do you want to get this nigger right now? SEE REPORT ABOVE FOR WORDING.
 
CW told the pair he was not going to fight them, and then the two goons lifted their shirts and grabbed the handles of pistols that were in the waistbands of their pants and Joshua Bane pulled a gun and said CW would “end up like them two dead crackers.”
 
According to the CW Shawn Tyson’s goons statement  “end up like them two dead crackers“  was referring to Brits James Cooper, 25, and James Kouzaris, 24, that had been murdered just hours before the same day.  Detective Todd of the Sarasota police department showed CW a photo line-up that contained one of the “goons”, CW was able to immediately identify the “goons” in the line-up, “LIFE IN THE NEWTOWN HOOD”.

  I Told You On May 5th That There Was A Second Suspect or Shooter in the Murder of British Tourists James Cooper & James Kouzaris.  On Saturday April 16th at 9:54 am I started to receive a series of text messages from a Sarasota “Clubber” named Candy who claims there is a 2nd shooter in the murder of Brit Tourists James Cooper & James Kouzaris in what was to be a robbery for cash to buy “Ice”.  Candy claims in her text message “I murdered someone and I am scared“. Brit Tourists James Cooper & James Kouzaris were murdered April 16th, 2011 at about 2:56 am in the Courts Newtown FL. 

 

 On Saturday afternoon April 16th 2011 at 1:58 pm, I received a second text message from “Candy” whereby she claims, “Call the cops I cannot I want to die really bad“.  Brit Tourists James Cooper & James Kouzaris were murdered April 16th, 2011 at about 2:56 am in the Courts Newtown FL.
 
On Saturday afternoon April 16th, 2011, the CW who came forward to the Sarasota police, was being threatened by two of Shawn Tyson’s goon gang members, who had pulled out guns and were threatening to shoot him in broad daylight in Newtown.  

REAL DEAL OR HOAX..”I know a guy who was involved in killing those British tourists he was bragging a couple of days ago he said he was trying to score “Ice” and helped kill them.  On May 2nd at 6:37 pm I received the text message from Candy telling me that she knows the second shooter.
 
On April 27th 2011 at 8:50 am, Sarasota police detectives interviewed the CW and took his statement, REAL DEAL OR HOAX on the text messages that is to be determined, I have provided the Sarasota police department with information on the 38 text messages I received from ‘Candy”

SARASOTA FL: Jeffrey Hill Shot And Killed in Newtown “He didn’t have no money, and they shot him anyway”, Newtown Thugs Run Wild “Livin the Fast Life”.

ABC 7 NEWS SARASOTA - Jeffrey L. Hill has the sad distinction of being the city’s first murder victim of the year in Newtown. Now the victim’s family is remembering their lost relative, and police are saying now is the chance for the Newtown community to take action.  Police did tell ABC 7 they think there are multiple suspects involved. 

 

Gang bangers are out of control in Newtown, “Livin the Fast life” shooting up the town at will with everything from .22 caliber handguns to sawed off shotguns to AK-47′s. Sarasota Police chief Mike Hollaway’s efforts to clean up Newtown have failed.

 

SARASOTA HERALD TRIBUNE - A man was shot and killed by a robber early Wednesday, January 25th, 2012, as he visited with a friend in her front yard in the Bertha Mitchell public housing complex in Newtown.

 

Jeff Hill, a 34-year-old Sarasota native, left a trail of blood as he ran away from the scene of the shooting on 23rd Street (near Dixie Ave, SEE MAP CLICK HERE) and collapsed a block away, after he staggered through a vacant lot.

 

Family members say they could not believe Hill, a father of a 14-year-old girl, was targeted in the early-morning attack. “He didn’t bother anybody,” his sister Nicole Hill said. “He was innocent, and they didn’t have any regard. All these killings need to be stopped. It don’t make no sense.”

 

Hill died at Blake Medical Center approximately four hours after the 1:50 a.m. shooting, police say. Detectives say Hill was shot either during the attempted robbery or while fleeing from the robbers. “He didn’t have no money, and they shot him anyway,” said Hill’s grandfather, Calvin Hill.

Tube Dude Owner Says Gang Sign Mural Stays, Sarasota City Commission Wants It Down, Tube Dude Got $100 Grand From Sarasota County Commission in Sept. “Wuz up TUBE DUDE?” Last month, Sarasota business owner Scott Gerber said he would paint over the “fast life” mural on his building after some criticized it as encouraging gang activity and giving the northside Newtown neighborhood a bad rap.

 

But Gerber never got out the white paint, and the mural — depicting two hands with the words “fast life” painted on twisted fingers (West Side Crips Gang Sign) — remains on his Tube Dudes building at 1001 Central Ave. in North Sarasota (near Newtown). The Sarasota City Commission voted unanimously this week to send Gerber a letter requesting that he remove the mural — and do it soon. But Gerber said Friday that he will not budge. 

 

Back in September 2011, Tube Dude owner Scott Gerber was much more willing to work wih the City and the County when he got $100,000 to expand his business and hire 44 more people, has that happened yet?
