POST STANDARD Syracuse, NY — A national Muslim organization headquartered in the Southern Tier has filed a libel lawsuit against the author of a book that describes the group as the host of terrorist training camps (they are). Muslims of America, based in Hancock, Delaware County, sued Martin Mawyer and his Christian Action Network for $3 million in federal court in Syracuse, seeking to halt the continued publication of his book, “Twilight in America: the Untold Story of Islamic Training Camps in America.”
The Christian Action Network isn’t the only organization that has been critical of Muslims of America. The Anti-Defamation League has called the group “a virulently anti-Semitic, Islamic extremist group with ties to Al-Fuqra, a terrorist organization that has carried out firebombings and murders in the United States.”

The organization serves as a religious front for a radical militant group known as Jamaat ul-Fuqra (JuF), a secretive network also headed by Gilani. For all practical purposes, the groups are one and the same, though members’ knowledge of and/or involvement in illicit activity varies.
In 2004 federal investigators uncovered evidence that linked both the DC “sniper killer” John Allen Muhammed and “Shoe Bomber” Richard Reid to the Muslims of the America (MOA) group and reports surfaced that Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl was captured and beheaded in the process of attempting to obtain an interview with Sheikh Gilani in Pakistan the leader of Muslims of the Americas (MOA).

From informaton obtained from a Federal Subpoena served on Enter.net inc it has been revealed that the owner of the http://www.reformislam.org/ website that used the phony name of “Muslims Against Sharia” with a phony president listed as Khalim Massoud is actually American Starlex Inc run by a Alex Dobin (possibly Alex Porter) out of Omaha NE, see above verification from Enter.Net web hosting company.  There are no “Muslims” at “Muslims Against Sharia”, these MUSLIMS AGAINST SHARIA goons set up a phony blog called “INSANE PI” to defame PI Bill Warner
 
The fraudulent Muslims Against Sharia website, www.reformislam.com, has been terminated, see link http://www.reformislam.org/.  The website hosting company EnterNet has discontinued service TO the phony Muslims Against Sharia website, reformislam.com which had been paid up to date until 8/29/2012 after numerous complaints by Bill Warner.

The David Horowitz Freedom Center in California is an ultra right wing organization that solicts donations from a variety of websites, Robert Spencer’s “Jihad Watch” is one, to support conservitive political candidates around the nation. There is a grass roots campaign run out of the David Horowitz Freedom Center in California that uses an extensive array of direct mail companis to contact like minded individuals around the USA seeking donations to help elect conservative candidates.  This is all very political.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) – A Nashville hotel has canceled a conference by the Sharia Awareness Action Network, saying it was concerned the speakers include “extremists” with a history of contentious events, (Pamela Geller and Robert Spencer)
 
The “Preserving Freedom Conference” had been scheduled for Nov. 11 at the Hutton Hotel near downtown. The hotel in a statement Monday said it has to be “mindful of the safety, security and peace of mind of its guests.”

The hotel cited reports by the Anti-Defamation League and Southern Poverty Law Center about speakers Pamela Geller and Robert Spencer of the group Stop Islamization of America, adding that they have “a history of controversy and contention surrounding their appearances.”

A post on Geller’s website said the hotel had “caved to Islamic supremacist demands” and urged supporters to call the hotel’s management to complain.
 
Pamela Geller and Robert Spencer are the “directors” of Stop the Islamization of America (SIOA) which has been labeled a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center.
 
This is the second time in no less than a week that a major hotel has canceled a SIOA event, just last week the Hyatt Place in Sugarland Texas cancelled a tea party event where radical Pamela Geller was scheduled to speak.  Steve Eckley, Senior Vice-President of the Hutton Hotel in NASHVILLE, Tenn did the right thing in keeping these SIOA goons off of his property.

The Hyatt Place hotel, where activist Pamela Geller was going to address the crowd and sign copies of her new book Stop the Islamization of America, canceled their meeting space, forcing the Tea Party to reserve a nearby community center.
 
“In light of the business disruptions affiliated with this event, it has been moved to an alternate location,” said a Hyatt Place manager, who declined to give further details on the decision.
 

“Let’s send a message to the fear mongers and haters in Sugar Land and Fort Bend County that the likes of Ms. Pamela Geller and her bigoted ideology are not welcome here in the 4th most racially diverse county in the USA,” resident Deron Patterson said in a Sugar Land Democrats Club press release.

 Major Hotels across the USA need to make note of what has happened in NASHVILLE, Tenn and Sugarland Texas and continue to bar Fear Mongers and SIOA Haters Pamela Geller and Robert Spencer from their properties, it’s just good business.

The Anti-Muslim Inner Circle, Southern Poverty Law Center, June 22nd, 2011…..The apparent recent surge in popular anti-Muslim sentiment in the United States has been driven by a surprisingly small and, for the most part, closely knit cadre of activists, that include PAMELA GELLER, DAVID HOROWITZ, ROBERT SPENCER and their mouthpiece attorney DAVID YERUSHALMI.

SUMMARY David Yerushalmi equates Shariah with Islamic radicalism so totally that he advocates criminalizing virtually any personal practice compliant with Shariah. In his view, only a Muslim who fully breaks with the customs of Shariah can be considered socially tolerable.

David Yerushalmi waxes bloodthirsty when describing his preferred response to the supposed global threat of Shariah law, speaking casually of killing and destroying. Ideally, he would outlaw Islam and deport Muslims and other “non-Western, non-Christian” people to protect the United States’ “national character.” An ultra-orthodox Jew, he is deeply hostile toward liberal Jews.  David Yerushalmi derides U.S.-style democracy because it allows more than just an elite, privileged few to vote.

IN HIS OWN WORDS “On the so-called Global War on Terrorism, GWOT, we have been quite clear along with a few other resolute souls. This should be a WAR AGAINST ISLAM and all Muslim faithful. … At a practical level, this means that Shari’a and Islamic law are immediately outlawed. Any Muslim in America who adopts historical and traditional Shari’a will be subject to deportation. Mosques which adhere to Islamic law will be shut down permanently. No self-described or practicing Muslim, irrespective of his or her declarations to the contrary, will be allowed to immigrate to this country.”

— A 2007 commentary entitled “War Manifesto — The War Against Islam,” as reported by The American Muslim,  “The more carefully reviewed evidence, however, suggests that because jihadism is in fact traditional Islam modernized to war against the ideological threat posed by the West against Islam proper, there is no way to keep faithful Muslims out of the war. If this is true, any Muslim who sticks his neck out of the mosque to yell some obscenity at the West should be considered an enemy combatant and killed or captured and held for the duration of the war.
