OCCUPY MOVEMENT LITIGATION JIHAD: National Lawyers Guild and ACLU attorneys representing Occupy Movement Protesters have filed lawsuits from coast to coast

UPDATE May 1st, 2012….Brandon Baxter and Four Other Occupy Movement Members Arrested For Trying To Blow Up Ohio State Route 82 Bridge in Cleveland.

In my opinion and from the facts gathered by an investigation of open public court records, arrest records and archived news articles, it appears to me that Occupy Sarasota poster boy Chris Young has set up the Sarasota Police Department and the City of Sarasota for a Federal Civil Rights Lawsuit, with Michael Barfield of the ACLU and local attorney Derek Bryd at his side.

 

Occupy Sarasota Chris Young is following the Occupy Movement’s game plan dictated out of New York City, bait and engage the cops, get arrested, file a lawsuit.  “Occupy protesters sue New York City over pepper spray incident”, Lawyers representing Occupy Movement Protesters have filed lawsuits – or are planning them – in state and federal courts from coast to coast, challenging eviction orders and what they call heavy-handed police tactics and the banning of demonstrators from public properties, (where they moved in).

 

SARASOTA HERALD TRIBUNE 3/01/2012….Occupy Sarasota protester resists arrest. Arrested Occupy Sarasota poster boy Chris Young has retained criminal defense attorney Derek Byrd, who took the case pro bono. Michael Barfield, spokesman for the American Civil Liberties Union ( ACLU) announced it was starting an investigation into Chris Young’s arrest, and  the group made numerous public records requests related to the arrest and hired a private investigator who is interviewing witnesses. Michael Barfield’s ACLU and Sarasota attorney Derek Byrd are keeping the leaders in the “Occupy Movement” happy defending Chris Young for free.

 

The Occupy Wall Street encampments that formed across the country to spotlight crimes committed on Wall Street have become rife with problems of their own. There are sanitation hazards and drug overdoses, even occasional deaths and sexual assaults.  Is the most far-reaching protest movement in the past decade solving problems or creating them?

 

City officials have said that the demonstrations have cost them millions of dollars — even as the protesters call for fiscal responsibility. Denver estimates its bill at $200,000 per week. Oakland has spent more than $1 million just to pay overtime for police officers. Businesses near Zuccotti Park say protesters have cost them a combined $500,000 in profits.The protest movement has “hurt the quality of life in every part of the city,” said Oakland Mayor Jean Quan.

 

The National Lawyers Guild and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Northern California sued the Oakland Police Department in federal court in November, saying police and other agencies violated demonstrators’ Fourth Amendment rights by using excessive force, blah, blah, blah….same story in Sarasota Fl. One of the Occupy Movements slogan is “whatever it takes”, litigation jihad, the City of Sarasota was set up.

 

The National Lawyers Guild was frequently identified as a legal front organization for the Communist Party. In December 1975, a National Lawyers Guild delegation traveled to Puerto Rico to attend the Congress of the Puerto Eican Socialist Party (Communist). They are expected to send a delegation to the Middle East some time this year to meet with the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO). This trip is being organized in coordination wnth the Palestine Solidarity Committee, a group closely linked to the Prairie Fire Organizing Committee aka the Weatherman terrorist group.

 

The National Lawyers Guild is the foremost legal bulwark of the Communist Party, its front organizations, and controlled unions.Since its inception it has never failed to rally to the legal defense of the Communist Party and individual members thereof, including known espionage agents.

The National Lawyers Guild has been most articulate in its attacks upon all agencies of the Government seeking to expose or prosecute the subversive activities of the Communist network, including national, State, and local investigative committees, the Department of Justice, the FBI, and law enforcement agencies generally.

 Through its affiliation with the International Association of Democratic Lawyers, an international Communist-front organization, the National Lawyers Guild has constituted itself an agent of a foreign principal hostile to the interests of the United States. It has one far afield to oppose the foreign policies of the United States.
