COMPLIANCE SERVICES  400 Capital Cir SE  UPS Postal Mail Box 18321 Tallahassee, Fl 32301 request for $125.00 is a scam..DO NOT SEND MONEY, HOW MUCH MORE CLEARER DO I HAVE TO MAKE IT.

UPDATED Wednesday February 1st, 2012……Wake up Florida business owners, 400 Capital Cir SE Tallahassee Fl 32301 is the actual address location for the UPS Store see link CLICK HERE, do not send $125.00 to “Compliance Services”.  The Florida Department of State does not use a UPS Box store to collect money from you.

Where the hell is Law Enforcement on this scam, as of today February 1st, 2012, I am still getting calls from business owners about the “COMPLIANCE SERVICES” scam, it is still going on since Tuesday, April 26, 2011 when I first exposed these creeps.

Special note to the tile contactor who called me today from the 727 area code and the construction guy who called from the 786 area code, Compliance Services Is a Scam, they do not have any listed phone number and they work out of PO Box at the UPS store,  but go ahead and send them a check if you are that ignorant.  You got wire fraud with the scamed checks going throuth the US banking system so where is the US Secret Service, this is their baby.

FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF STATE….CONSUMER ALERT!  http://sunbiz.org/
Please be aware that COMPLIANCE SERVICES (not to be confused with the Florida corporation, Compliance Services, Inc.) is mailing notices to business entities requesting that “Annual Minutes” and a fee of $125.00 be sent to them for filing.

These notices are NOT from the Dept. of State, Division of Corporations. “Annual Minutes” are NOT required to be filed with any agency. They are to be kept by the business entity itself. Do NOT confuse these notices with the messages sent by the Division of Corporations reminding each business entity to file its 2011 Annual Report, see link at http://sunbiz.org/

The FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL has issued a statement regarding these scammers:  “Over the past several months, the Attorney General’s Office has received numerous complaints against several of these companies. The Attorney General settled a lawsuit against one such company, Corporate Compliance Center, over allegations that the company misled Florida businesses relating to the sale of corporate minutes reports. Two other companies, Corporate Minutes Compliance Service and Corporate Minute Services, were prevented from operating in Florida when the Attorney General’s Office threatened litigation.”
