Information from one of my confidential informants in New York City indicates that Hisham Elzanaty, owner of the East Tremont Medical and the JEROME FAMILY HEALTH CENTER and the NEW YORK NEURO AND REHAB CENTER and the Uptown Healthcare Management Inc. and the The Ambulatory Surgery Center Surgeons in the Bronx which are all linked to the same address 930 East Tremont Avenue, New York NY, is not a doctor and that Hisham Elzanaty has hired a “Russian Doctor” who lives in New Jersey to sign off on al the Medicaid billing, this appears to be a Medicaid billing “MILL“, see photo of the building above.

Dr. Vlad Meisher as WEBSTER AVENUE MEDICAL, P.C., 29 VICTORIA PLACE EAST, FORT LEE, NEW JERSEY, 07024, on paper, was running East Tremont Medical, not Hisham Elzanaty who is profiting from the business, January 2004 – January 2006 Hisham Elzanaty’s businesses cleared $5,300,000.
Hisham Elzanaty his business, East Tremont Medical and WEBSTER AVENUE MEDICAL, P.C. were shut down, on paper, by the NYS Division of Corporations via a court order “INACTIVE – Court Order (Dec 22, 2006)”. Hisham Elzanaty appears to be running an illegal clinic.

My confidential informant who has been an insurance investigator for over 30 years in the New York City area claims that Hisham Elzanaty is running an illeagal clinic and bilking Medicaid out of hundreds of thousands of doallars every month.
A summons on Hisham Elzanaty was served at 52 Shade Tree Lane, Roslyn Heights, NY. The return on the summons describes Elzanaty as brown skin, gray hair, 36 – 50 y.o., 5′4″ – 5′8″, 131 – 160 lbs.
Another address given for Elzanaty is 23 Wheatly Ave,. Albertson, NY, According to the Complaint, the address used by Elzanaty named in the Complaint was 4470 Broadway NY, NY and 930 E. Tremont Ave, Bronx, NY.
Hisham Elzanaty shared the office with Dr. Jadawiga Pawlowski. They were doing business as Professional Corporations, which the Complaint says were phony “doc in a box” outfits. All funds collected at those two addressed entities went directly to Hisham Elzanaty.
State Farm Ins. sued Hisham Elzanaty, Dr. Jadawiga Pawlowski, J.P. MEDICAL, P.C., and 3 others for $1.8 Million, Dr. Jadawiga Pawlowski shut down J.P. MEDICAL, P.C. in July 2010 after being open for 15 years, why ?????

January 2004 – January 2006 Hisham Elzanaty’s businesses cleared $5,300,000. Dr. Syed Jalal was also named as part of the complaint. This case was dismissed per confidential settlement agreement, January 2008.
Hisham Elzanaty one of the money men behind the developer of the Ground Zero mosque was sued for allegedly ripping off State Farm insurance company for nearly $1.8 million, according to court documents.
State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, RICO Charges; Hisham Elzanaty, who owns medical companies that operate out of a building in The Bronx, allegedly billed State Farm for unnecessary tests related to automobile accidents that would maximize the insurance payout, the papers say. According to the documents, which were filed in 2007, the suspected scheme may have begun as early as 1998.
Elzanaty, who was reportedly a “significant investor” in mosque developer Sharif el-Gamal’s $4.8 million purchase of the former Burlington Coat Factory building, was also ordered to repay $331,000 after an audit showed Medicaid had overpaid him.
