UPDATE 10/11/2011….Charlotte NC family of al-Qaeda blogger Samir Khan ‘appalled’ by U.S. actions in killing him, al-Qaeda blogger Samir Khan begged “Allah” to have Sarasota Private Investigator Bill Warner killed and his house wiped out with a Huricane, too freakin bad Khan family, I would have put a .38 hollow point in his head if I had the chance.  Samir Khan had his goons emailing me death threats such as “I would love to cut off the head of this tall Bill Warner”.

 

 

For over two years I have been actively pursuing Samir Khan, the pro Al-Qaeda webmaster who had been based in Charlotte NC.  During that time frame I had filed complaints with the FBI and the IC3 Cyber Crimes unit, Complaint Id: I0902161551432031, making it known that Samir Khan had links to Al-Qaeda and that he had been recruiting and fund raising for Al-Qaeda, nothing happened.

On July 16th 2008 I came in contact with WBTV-3 Producers and TV anchor person Molly Grantham for the CBS TV affiliate in Charlotte NC and a expose’ was put together on Samir Khan, see “Pro Al-Qaeda Web site Run by a Charlotte Man”. 

WBTV-3 in Charlotte put out 3 segments on terror producer Samir Khan from mid July 2008 to the end of July 2008, during this time period I also contacted the Charlotte NC office of the FBI at 400 S. Tryon Street, Ste. 900, Charlotte, NC 28285, again no action was taken agasint Samir Khan.

WBTV-3 interview with terrorist Samir Khan…Private investigator Bill Warner is in Florida studying Jihad-ist websites across the world.  WBTV traveled to Sarasota to interview him because he says Charlotteans need to recognize someone in their backyard is helping the enemy.  “His website is concise. Easy to read. Informative. If you want to be a terrorist, this is where you go,” says Bill Warner. “He’s a great facilitator for Al-Qaeda.”
 
Is he? Is Khan working for Islamic extremists?  Asking him isn’t easy.  We knock.  We leave notes. We even see a national news crew from FoxNews.com stake out his neighborhood looking for an interview. He ignored them, too.

 

We finally catch Khan walking into work in south Charlotte, a week-and-a-half-ago.  “…May I talk with you about your website?”, asks Grantham.  “Uh, no,” says Khan. She continues. “Are you helping recruit for Al Qaeda?”.  “No,” he replies.  “Not at all?”  “No,” he repeats.  “Helping recruit for terrorism?” she asks.  “No,” he says.
 

He says he’s not… Warner doesn’t believe Samir Khan  “Oh, come on” says private investigator Bill Warner “It’s a war zone here these people want to kill us.”
 
Bill Warner says the best solution is to try and shut down Khan’s site – and ones like it.  Bill Warner has helped do this in other cases before.  But he says Khan’s web host — muslimpad.com — isn’t going anywhere.
 
“The muslimpad.com is hosted out of Ahman, Jordan… so forget that,” says Bill Warner. “You’re not going to shut it down.”  It is Khan’s First Amendment right to express his views. He knows how to walk the fine line well. He never solicits violence.
 

He doesn’t show evidence of working directly with militant leaders. He just says what he wants through a keyboard and monitor. Not, apparently, in person.  “Samir, are you anti-American?” asks Molly Grantham. He doesn’t respond.  “You seem to have a lot to say. I’m giving you a chance here to say some things,” she follows. He says nothing and uses his security card to beep himself into work.

Tuesday night at 11, WBTV will air a second part to this investigation. We’ve uncovered some information about Khan’s former job. Where he worked could end up being of national concern. The FBI will neither “confirm nor deny if they are investigating” Samir Khan or his website.  Looks like the FBI dropped the ball on this goon Samir Khan !
 
Today, July 18, 2010, almost two years to the day, the NY Daily News has confirmed that Samir Khan, from Charlotte NC, is now in the Sana Yemen area working for Al-Qaeda and Anwar al-Awlaki and it appears that Samir Khan is now in charge of propaganda putting out the “Inspire Magazine” recruiting terrorists from around the world, what the hell !   

 

Samir Khan must be added to the hit list of the CIA assassination teams in Yemen.

Barack Obama has ordered the killing of US cleric Anwar al-Awlaki by CIA assassination teams in Yemen, Samir Khan needs to be added to the list.  The Yemen-based al-Awlaki has been linked to the Fort Hood massacre and the attempt in December to blow up a Detroit-bound jet by a man wearing explosives in his underpants. The decision to add him to the US hit list required a National Security Council review because of his citizenship, Samir Khan must now be added to the hit list.

Officials said US intelligence had argued that the cleric now posed a direct threat to America, an al-Qaeda recruiter who had graduated from encouraging attacks to active involvement in them.  Al-Awlaki, 38, became famous last year after it emerged he had communicated extensively by email with Major Nidal Hasan, the army psychiatrist accused of killing 13 soldiers at Fort Hood, Texas.

The cleric, who allegedly had ties with the 9/11 hijackers, later praised the Fort Hood killings and said Muslims should only serve in the US military if they intended to carry out similar attacks.  He has also been linked to Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, the Nigerian student accused of trying to blow up a Detroit-bound jet last Christmas with explosives in his underwear.  Al-Awlaki was born in New Mexico and spent years as an imam in the US before moving to the Yemen, where he is believed to remain in hiding. more from this source…………..
