Captain Gil Coombes and his wife, Kat, run a porn Web cam studio, “KLC productions.” Recently it was disclosed that 3 men showed up at Captain Gil Coombes and his wife, Kat’s house with a (fake) subpoena and demanded any DVD’s of Tiffany Shepherd.
“Shepherd got into the business after the captain of the fishing charter that got her into trouble in the first place recommended it as a way to make good money. Tiffany has also disclosed that she is being harrassed by a phony detective who goes by the name ”Bill Poconis” who is stalking her. PORT SAINT LUCIE FL MAN, HAROLD “GIL” COMBES, INDICTED FOR FRAUD BY NCIS AT U.S. NAVAL ACADEMY; R. Alexander Acosta, United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, Carol Kisthardt, Special Agent in Charge, Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS), Mayport Field Office, and Rick Walker, Special Agent in Charge, Department of Labor, Office of Inspector General, announced that a federal grand jury on March 19, 2009, indicted Harold “Gil” Coombes, of Port St. Lucie, Florida, on charges of federal employee compensation fraud and filing false claims against the United States, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1920. Coombes was arraigned in federal court in Fort Pierce on Monday, March 23, 2009, at an initial appearance before U.S. Magistrate Judge Frank J. Lynch, Jr.
Gil Coombes had worked as a civilian employee of the U.S. Department of the Navy as a fireman on the U.S. Naval Academy installation in Annapolis, Maryland, until 2004. In March of that year, he reported a back injury on the job and subsequently filed for federal employee compensation benefits. As a recipient of the federal employee disability benefits, Gil Coombes was required to file annual statements with the United States Department of Labor, stating whether and how much income he received from other work. The Indictment charges that Gil Coombes signed and submitted forms to the Department of Labor in 2007 and 2008, stating under penalty of perjury that he had no outside employment or income, when in fact Gil Coombes was actively running a charter fishing business known as “Smokin’ Em” Charters, and personally piloting fishing boats based in Fort Pierce, Florida. Felisha Nally arrested for Cyberstalking ‘bikini teacher’ Tiffany Shepherd Online . Tiffany Shepherd first reported the harassment in February 2009. She told detectives the cyberstalking began in September 2008. In the various postings, Nally threatened to shoot Shepherd and her children, beat Shepherd up or have someone hurt her children. The probable cause affidavit from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office says Nally is the ex-girfriend of Shepherd’s finance. Officials say Nally posted information on MySpace that she would harm Shepherd by beating and shooting her. Felisha Nally also contacted Shepherd’s family and friends in effort to harass her, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.
In one instance, according to the arrest report, Felisha Nally threatened to shoot Tiffany Shepherd with a Colt .45. Nally also displayed pictures of herself and a friend posing with the gun. Tiffany Shepherd told the investigating Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Deputy that she had a restraining order on this “ex-boyfriend” and he was now using the 22 year old girlfriend to call her (Tiffany) and harass her.
There are restraining orders, multiple domestic violence complaints, repeat violence reports, and battery reports on this “ex-boyfriend” filed by Tiffany Shepherd and other females, which the Media in West Palm Beach and elsewhere did not bother to investigate or report on, Tiffany Shepherd is a victim here, again. Nally was arrested by PBSO and released from the Palm Beach County jail on or about March 31st 2009..
